Chef Chanan is a master as what he creates. He seamlessly blends the simplicity of Italian cuisine with the friendly casual ambience of Mexican hospitality, creating a one of a kind experience. The food is hands down some of the best Italian Iâve enjoyed anywhere. Oh and donât forget to stop at his insanely delicious taqueria Don Chava which is right next door. This is a must eat eat at location for anyone visiting or living in Vallarta.

If you enjoy European sidewalk cafés and fine continental cuisine, this award-winning eatery evoking Old Vienna at its heyday is sure to charm you. A longtime Vallarta favorite, Austrian owner Andreas Rupprechter named the place in honor of fellow country
Despite coming to PV for years, we never ate here and now realize that was a huge omission. This may have been the best meal weâve eaten here in all our visits and would easily fit in in Prague, Budapest or most European cities..... exceeding the best which a large German community in Chicago also can offer! My nogale traditional pepper was definitely not German but one of the most sumptuous appetizers Iâve eaten. Cactus filled with a blend of ground meats and spices.....covered in a delicate complimentary sauce. The soup with crispy duck also heavenly with a firm flavor. My wiener schnitzel was fried to perfection in a light batter in a generous portion the boiled potatoes didnât do much for me, shouldâve swapped it out for spatzle. Lamb shoulder also excellent as was the veal scallopiini. The surprise was Zwiebelbraten which was a delicious flank steak covered in crispy fried onions and the most unusual sauce. Almost Hungarian in flavor it kept me stealing bites from my wife. I canât recall four main courses so delicious and well received anywhere. Dessert suffered from baking in Mexico.... different flour and texture had the strudel lacking apple flavor and sweetness with the chocolate cake a bit grainy. Coffee was excellent. Service was top notch and attentive and the owner spent quite a bit of time with us and was very engaging. Weâll try breakfast here and definitely will return!

We always wanted to try Qulture since meeting one of the artists (Marg) who introduced us to the concept. What a great place! Central bar with great, attentive bar tenders and amazing 50% off selected sushi and frozen drinks 4-7 (Sundays/Saturdays off season). We didnât intend on eating here but everything was so good, we kept ordering more. Most of the gallery was closed but it gave us a reason to come back to check it out. We are so glad you had a wonderful time and we were able to make your evening special. We look forward to serving you again soon!
