We visited as a family for lunch towards the end of our stay in Port Saplaya and wished we'd done so earlier. The staff were absolutely delightful, so welcoming and particularly delightful with our young grandson who absolutely loved his meal, as did we all. The menu del dia was excellent and such good value - three courses for Euro12. Absolutely excellent!

I am a regular here, mainly as they are open all year round. But, portions seem to get smaller and smaller and the staff really have no idea what customer service is. They look uninterested, rush you through ur food. They look weird if you say you want to finish your wine before ordering desert. Food quality is ok though. Although portions have significantly changed in size since the restaurant "pimping". One thing I truly like here though, is they have a proper, wood fired pizza oven.Hello marcow1964,Thanks for your comment. We will work on what you tell us to improve it.Regards

The location of the terrace is very nice, on the way up to (or down from) the castle site. It is a quiet location, good to enjoy the fresh air. The menu is very simple, the quality rather basic. Service slow and inconsistent. The gazpacho was nice, probably the best choice.Thank you for your opinion. The good food needs its time...

I appreciate consistency as much as good food. My expectations are always met and exceeded. This is my favorite restaurant in Valencia which says a lot from a committed and demanding foodie. Try fresh bacalao alioli after the gazpacho. Trilogia is a nice paring and I'm happy to see organic wine producers on the list. The grapevine also says there will be some creative changes to the menu this summer. Thank you very much indeed!! It's a pleasure to have customers like you that enjoy so much with our dishes!! You're so nice and so friendly that i wish everybody were like you! I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night during my second visit to Valencia. We had a reservation elsewhere, but changed our mind last minute- wanting a restaurant with more of a "buzz". We tried the â¬16 taster menu and were blown away by the quality of food we were served for such a low cost! Living in London, and having eaten in great restaurants there, we were blown away by how tasty the food was for the price we were paying.The wine list was good, and presentation superb.The restaurant is small and intimate, with a good atmosphere.Service was a little slow, and not as attentive as it could have been. However, we put this down to it being a busy Saturday night. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit - and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to eat top quality food at an affordable price.

After a nice walk around the castle we found this nice restaurant via trip advisor. We chose the lunch menu and were more than pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly and the courses were of high quality, especially for the price (15 euros for 3 starters, main and dessert and 12 euros for a great bottle of Verdejo). The photos speak for themselves :). The perfect experience in this nice little town.
