Beautifully simple, thin & crispy, Roman-style sourdough pizzas. Lovingly sourced, authentic Italian ingredients, from Bufala Burrata Mozzarella from Campania, salamis, hams and cheeses from Bologna to our aperitivi, spritzes, wines and unmissable home-ma
Enjoyed our two pizzas here, very tasty but it was a shame the waitress wasnât interested in us, seemed very bored with her job & just in a hurry to take our order & then to get us to pay.

A Relaxed Waterfront Restaurant. The bright restaurant leads out onto a spacious terrace where on a sunny day you can enjoy afternoon tea (the Cornish way of course, jam first!), A pre-dinner glass of fizz, or a long and lazy lunch. It's a great spot to wa
A quaint looking restaurant with hotel rooms above. Beautiful waterside terrace with fantastic views. We had a table overlooking the water - which at any other time would have been fantastic but was spoilt by the cigarette smell coming from those on the terrace. The menu was very limited - a choice of 4 items including one vegetarian selection. The cooking was good but basic, the portion sizes were very small, the addition of edible flowers was an attempt that did not add to the meal. The average price for a 2 course meal excluding wine after the service charge was £55 per head. The trouble was that the food was ok, it was fine but the price tag gave an expectation that just wasnât realised.Dear DavidThank you for your review about your recent dining experience at The Old Quay House Hotel. We appreciate your valuable comments. A two-course meal in the relaxed Fine Dining restaurant where you had your meal, inclusive of an appetizer and an exquisite view over the estuary, is only £ 37.50 per head. The menu can be customised on request, and given prior notice, our Chef can prepare any dish to your liking. We do apologize that during your visit we did not meet your expectation and hope that you will visit us again soon.Kind regardsAndries Loots

Visited here as I wanted to see how it compared to sister hotel in Brixham - not a patch on it!! Very friendly staff I must say - but the hotel (Hannafore Point) looked and felt like something out of the 80s - decor poor - messy areas - toilets not cleaned etc. So will definitely not be returning here!! Come on management - get up to Berry Head standards!!

Our family stayed for 4 nights at Stonerush Lakes in August. The choices in the restaurant were many,we ate three times during our stay as the site its self is fairly isolated which is what we were after. The chef and the restaurant start do a fantastic job with a great choice of fresh and tasty options and really reasonable prices. We would highly recommend booking a table if you are in the area.Thank you for your great review. We are so pleased you enjoyed your meal with us and hope to welcome you back again soon.

We created Pintxo to share our love for Spanish culture, sherry, wines & delicious tapas. Located on the Esplanade in Fowey, enjoy our sunny outdoor tables just a stone's throw from the harbour.
Fowey is full of pubs, bakeries, lots of places down on the riverfront...but head away from there, up to the Esplanade..and although you won't get riverside views you will get (or at least we did) great tapas, excellent selection of wines, and friendly service from enthusiastic and friendly staff. Step away from the centre and enjoy some great tapas...thank you, loved it.

Visited for lunch on Easter Monday with my wife and her sisterThe hotel overlooks Talland Bay and has some wonderful, quirky artefacts in the superbly, tendered gardens. We decided to eat in the conservatory as the weather was just starting to turn a little chilly. I can imagine that the outside dining area is fantastic in the warmer July and August days.We ordered sourdough breads for starters - more than enough to have one between two - we had one each and it was too much.We had grilled Lemon Sole, Haddock / Chips and Duck for main courses. All of the food was very fresh and tasty.Service was excellent - the waiting staff are extremely professional and friendly. Our lunch worked out at £40 per head including wine. This represented good value for money considering the quality, service and location.Recommend for somewhere to go for a special occasion or simply to avoid the crowds and enjoy the view!

This was recommended to us and did not dissapoint, friendly staff, varied choices on menu. We both had different types of fish which were both fantastic. Reasonably priced and nicely decorated.

Couch's Great House Restaurant is situated in the heart , on the river, of the quaint fishing village of Polperro. The Restaurant itself is an amalgam of Cornish old world charm with Macintosh influenced modern furnishings and wood burning style stoves, c
Visited Richard and his team twice during our stay in Polperro this year. Consistently fantastic service and outstanding food with very reasonable prices considering the quality. This will always be one of our favourite restaurants, just a shame it's so far from home.
