Our mission is to ensure that you are looked after on your visit with personal service and a warm welcome. The majority of the food on our menu is produced on the premises. Designed to offer something for everyone the menu has dishes that range from £2.95
Had a pre theatre meal here . I can only assume as it slightly further away from the theatre that's why it was busy as it certainly wasn't because of the food. This was really good ,certainly recommend

Have been here a couple of times in the last few weeks and we will definitely continue to come here when we visit Plymouth. We first came for breakfast. The Full English is very tasty and represents great value for money. We then bought a selection of Portuguese cakes to take home. The pasteis da nana are amazing, lovely crispy pastry and plenty of filling. Last night we went for dinner. The bacalhau com natas was lovely and creamy, whilst my partnerâs grilled beef with mushroom sauce was delicious. Had a very nice bottle of red, too. Once again, bought some pasteis to take home. Obrigado!

Arrived spot on 18.00 hours . Noted set menu available at a special price between certain hours ,( see web site or phone) . Had drinks, water and two courses, starters and main. Excellent value reasonable selection, portion size was excellent so had to decline desert. Food came in good time for each course and hot . Well done to staff had a chat with one member appears can get busy, also noted phone kept ringing so folk were booking.

A small family run bistro, offering over 50 wines sold by the glass, carafe or bottle. All food is cooked to order, so we're not a place to visit if you're in a rush (unless you pre-order), but a great place to relax and enjoy fresh local produce. Primari
Love this place, so possibly biased!! Had a lovely celebratory meal lunchtime and all stops pulled..every detail was spot on, food, service and ambiance first class. Thank you for a great meal, as always!! See you soon. X

From the minute we walked in it felt like weâd stepped off mayflower street into a kooky little Italian side street restaurant, I felt like I was abroad. The starter was my favourite, garlic prawns, I can honestly say Iâve never tasted anything so good, more impressed with this place than any restaurant Iâve been to in Italy!!! The main was also Delicious and we were so full but didnât want to miss out on dessert so they sent us home with take away desserts. Fantastic service, clean fresh toilets, canât believe Iâve been going to second rate chain restaurants all these years and have only just found this hidden Gem. Best local restaurant....FACT!!!

I have visited this restaurant numerous times already this year since their opening and the standard of food and service is always excellent. I had the pork cheek for starter which was very tender and a very nice idea for a starter. For main course, I had the roasted lamb loin with potato fondant which was perfectly cooked and balanced very nicely with vegetables, the presentation of the dish was also beautiful. For dessert, I had the âfruit trifleâ being a fine dining version of the traditional trifle and simply the best trifle I have ever had. Always worth a visit and perfect for pre-theatre dining.

Staying near by and spotted the good reviews here so decided to give it a try. There is a friendly local, well frequented bar down stairs which was welcoming, clearly popular with locals, also on the ground floor was part of the restaurant. We dined upstairs in a modern area, we were made to feel very welcome. Staff were very attentive, service was very quick, presentation great. The food was excellent, could not fault anything, considering how busy the venue was I as suprised to see the kitchen (from my seat) was running so smoothly. All I can say is it was fantastic, pricing was excellent value.Fully recommended.

This was the first evening wedding party my hubby and I have been too.The hot buffet was delicious and lots of variety and plenty of it.The drinks were good especially the pink gin and tonic finished off with strawberries and raspberries in it. The whole house was just for the wedding party and guests which agsin was very personal as you could wander from room to room and sit and chat in the quieter rooms away from the disco, which was also very good playing lots of variation in music.Would highly recommend this venue, and if I wasn't already married would seriously consider as a venue.

Overlooking The Great Hall, the intimate and deliciously romantic 3 AA Rosette Gallery Restaurant exudes warmth. The traditional beams, intricately carved furniture and cosy nooks are the perfect backdrop for the exquisitely presented fine dining delights
Second family meal in Boringdon in a month and The Gallery Restaurant really is superb. The experience starts with personable, knowledgeable staff who are both professional and really friendly. This is fine dining at its very best but without any of the stuffiness. Boringdon have clearly struck gold with the chef as the food is amazing. Plymouth has a good mix of restaurants but for a family of foodies we all agree there is nowhere that touches The Gallery. We will be back.Thankyou so much for your review, it was a real pleasure cooking for you and your family and we look forward to welcoming you back
