I was early for a meeting when I was looking for a latte for a pick-me-up. I went into the Cheese Course and they were extremely friendly. They made me a nice NF Latte, and I grabbed a to-die-for chocolate chip cookie on the way out. I noticed they had a great selection of cheese and wine. I did not spend much time looking at these since they helped me thru my afternoon. Ambiance is warm, people friendly, enjoyable visit.

Old Lisbon is deemed one of the best Portuguese restaurants in Miami. It boasts three locations, one in South Miami, another one in Coral Way and the newest in the city of Sunny Isles. It offers a great variety of traditional dishes of the Lusitanian cuisine such as the cod, the octopus, and the sardines which are served in generous portions. Old Lisbon also features a wide range of white wines, red wine and vinho verde, literally âgreen wine.â It is a spot with affordable prices, friendly customer service and ideal atmosphere for some quality time with friends and relatives.

The place is small and a little noisy but very authentic. The service was very good and attentive. We generally enjoyed our meal. We started with the escargot which arrived piping hot to the table. Afterwards we had the very traditional and popular, mussels and fries. We ended the night with a piece of tarte tatin. There was plenty of fresh, crisp crusted baguettes delivered throughout the meal which we really enjoyed.Note: the restaurant is small and popular so reservations are a must. There are a couple of tables outside which are great when the weather is cooler. The restaurant does not have parking but there is metered street parking nearby.
