A cool cellar, a festive passage and gastropub, hungarian craft beers on 14 taps, sausages, burgers and savoury snacks made with beer, for beer. An absolute beer lover's dream come true!
This place has a good selection of craft beer. The ones I tried were very good. My wife had a Mojito which she liked. The service was satisfactory but you need to adjust to the Hungarian level off service. To quote the famous poet Shania Twain: âThat donât impress me muchâ.

A unique restaurant in Pécs offering Czech food and a wide variety of Czech beers with a friendly and familial ambiance.
It is a Czech style restaurant with original Czech beers and some food. However, I was really happy when they added BURGERS to the menu, as they are the best in the city.I mean really, the best burgers I ever met, not only in Pécs but all around the world. The only negative in the place is the outlook. I think it could be a bit more cozy. I am quite into design, maybe its my fault, I dont know...

On the positive side: the quality of the food was really good. The king prawns were perfectly crispy-but-juicy, and the calamaris were not chewy either. Tagliatelle was cooked just well. My wife's Cesar salad was also nice, but depressingly huge. The one who chooses salad for main course, wants something light. Why the size of a haystack (priced accordingly)? Of course, one doesn't have to eat the whole lot, but the days of cooking for the trash bin are over. I hate the concept of wasting food. Doggy bag is not always an option.A couple, seated in a very hot corner moved over to a more airy table. Out of the blue a waitress popped up wit a "reserved" sign, and sent them back in some cold-polite manner, because the other table had been "reserved for the parents of a colleague". The people were too nice to argue, but the situation was quite embarrassing.I read the other reviews about 10% service fee included. I specifically asked it, and I was told it was not. It seems like it changed (or I was cheated for the tip). Anyone, better check it before you pay.

Reggeli opened in May of 2017 to serve brunch food and every type of breakfast meals all day and every day with high quality specialty coffee and cold pressed juices are also on the menu.
"Reggeli" means "breakfast" in Hungarian, and this is a great place to have one. What makes Reggeli stand out in town is its dedication to quality, its varied, light dishes accommodating special dietary requirements, and its selection of excellent pastries, coffee, and other beverages. It has become a favourite of international students over the years, and this is no accident - while the prices are steeper than average, the quality has started high up and stayed that way. Well worth a visit.

We went for lunch with my husband to Csulok Bar and we did make a right decision! The choice is awesome, the food arrived very quicklly and was absolutely delicious, plus the portions are really big! My husband had to finish it for me:) The service was very polite and attentive. Our waiter made sure we didn't miss anything and enjoyed the meals. It was a really pleasant experience. The prices are more than affordable - way lower than in downtown and reasonable for Europe. We will definitely come back here again to try new dishes!

Should you look for a relaxing place to rest after or inbetween a trip in the region, this should be one of the finest places to be. It is a combination of a hotel with a restaurant, topped with scenic views of the city. The location is quite remote, far from the noise of the streets, so peace and quiet is given by default. The surrounding vineyard and small villas make the spot even more attractive. The restaurant has old style wood finish inside, furnished with some animal trophy's. Looks like a hunter's house. Due to the big windows, the nature is near your table while you eat. On a sunny morning or evening can be very romantic. Food is coming in big amounts, with some Hungarian specialties on the menu. You should try the regional vine collection too.

Bloff Bisztro is a mediterranean-style bistro near the Szechhenyi square in the city center of Pecs. You can eat various fish and other grill foods with us. We have large assortment os wine and Staropramen draft beer.
Ordered pork sandwich, it was very "oiled" with way to much ketchup, and without any vegetables.Better half ordered cesar salad, now and there she find some chicken, sauce was neutral, and it was mixed with green salad.
