Restaurant located in the bay of Palamos-Sant Antoni de Calonge (Costa Brava), where seafood is served tradi tional. It's a family restaurant run today by the sons of the founders. His specialties include seafood pescadors. It has a dining room on two lev
We each had starters - Anchovies on bread and fried sardines. The fried sardines were a bit underwhelming in my opinion but my husband loved them. The anchovies were excellent! We shared the lobster paella which was very tasty, nice and hot and had a great texture. I mention the fact that it was hot because when you sit outside to hear, you do not want your food cooling off immediately. The service was also very attentive and friendly. There was only one thing I would have changed - personally,I did not need to see the lobster before they cooked him for our paella and would have preferred to be asked if I wanted to inspect him at our table. My response would have been "No Gracias". It was very nice sitting outside and even though you are sitting next to the pavement where everyone is strolling, you do not feel like you are in the middle of everyone. You can enjoy the surroundings while still feel like you are having a romantic dinner.

Since the restaurant at our hotel was closed, we were directed to Trias, as it is owned by the same group. The Sunday before everyone went back to work after a succession of public holidays meant that it was very quiet. The menu was interesting, and we decided to go for the Menu of the Day, which was â¬24.50 and included 3 courses, bread, water and 25cl of wine. The dining room was nice, the service was prompt, the food arrived without delay and it was all very tasty. We left feeling very satisfied without too much of a dent having been made in our wallets.

This is the place to be If you want to eat like in an authentic italian trattoria. The (Italian) chef is the friendliest I ever met. Excellent pastas, pizza's and desserts. Worth a very long detour (we drove 35 min).Best regards from Paolo, the Chef ;). It was a pleasure, sharing experiences with great and friendly people like you. We hope to see you again!

My partner and I tried this Restaurant whilst holidaying in Palamos. The Restaurant was very clean with appealing outside seating. The staff were attentive and could understand my poor Spanish. My partner ordered melon & ham, large exceptional portion, I had Gazpacho, lovely. We both ordered fillet steaks, med rare perfectly cooked, all great value for money including wine.

It used to be a tapas restaurant in a place with many of them - and it was great! Last summer they changed into a restaurant - little attraction. Now we went as they announced again tapas... but in fact it's a restaurant with some tapas, that we ordered: huge portions! But on the bill it turned out that they didn't give (nor charged) the tapas but the similar plates as meals... which explains the portions for a tapa...It was good but apart from the friendly but little professional service the calamars al Andalusia were way too fatty.Let's not speak about the bill: first the bille from the only other table, then ours with something on it we didn't order nor had and the 3rd time was the good time!Still I'll try again - but then the restaurant as they have a nice selection of iberico meat dishes!Sr Philip hope to see you soon and unfortunately we are humans, we are very sorry about the misunderstood with the bill. As you mentioned before we introduced some tapas, but we still focus on whole portions. Hope to see you very soon with some friends in order to share your food!:)

A lovely start to our holiday in Costa Brava. Warm hospitality, nice ambiance, large tables and good company. We had the jamon, cod with peas and morcilla, and the delicious suquet fish stew made with fresh fish that was presented to us and chosen beforehand. All washed down with a superb Rioja Tondonia that was excellently priced. Ended with their apple crisp which had a decadent amount of cinnamon and spice. Amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.

Went here as it had good reviews on trip-advisor. We were not disappointed.Really great salad and Paella. The wine I chose was not available but the manager/owner suggested another. Was a great recommendation. Very much enjoyed our time in this very busy and cosy place. Can not believe that after nearly 20 years in the area I have never been here before.Look forward to the next time.Ha sido un placer para nosotros conocernos . Estamos encantados de que hayan disfrutado de su comida , Agradecemos su confianza y recomendación. Muchas gracias.
Where to eat Catalan food in Palamos: The Best Restaurants and Bars

We had a meal consisting of the set menu, consisting of appetizers, main dishes and desserts. It was all wonderful. The restaurant served us a small appetizer with olives. We ordered as appetizers fried calamari, and croquetas of chicken and of cheese. Spanish croquetas have a thin crunchy breaded coat over a pasty filling. Both types were savory, and the cheese croquetas were filled with a kind of blue cheese, which kept its distinctive flavor but was not overpowering. Two groups of two diners shared two of the signature dishes at the restaurant: seafood paella, and seafood fideua. Fideua is a dish prepared much like paella, except using inch-long pieces of broken fideos, a fine noodle commonly used is Spain for soups, instead of rice. Both were excellent. I had the chicken, also very good. For desserts, we had chocolate soufflé with raspberry sauce which was not too sweet, just a little tart; sorbet de maracuya (passionfruit) which was also tart, but delicious in taste with a great consistency; mango ice cream, sweet and very creamy with a delicious flavor; requesón (a kind of creamy Spanish cheese) with layers of honey; and crema catalana, which is sort of like a Catalan version of flan with a surface of caramelized sugar, also delicious. All the desserts are house-made. The server was very polite, attentive and engaged, offering suggestions and demurrers as he felt necessary. The woman who served as the maitre d' was also very engaging, and described what were possibly her creations â the restaurant is small, and there were only the two of them in the dining room â lovingly, and made suggestions based on preference expressed. She may have been the owner; I didn't ask. I whole-heartedly recommend it for great food. It cost us â¬170 for 5 fixed-price dinners, a couple of glasses of wine, some soft drinks, a couple of bottles of water.

Entre dos mons (Between two worlds) relates directly to us and the cultures we were raised in - Peruvian and Catalan. Our cuisine is based on a shared love and passion for food, drawing inspiration from childhood memories as well as many influences picked
