Was here sometime ago. Because they close Monday and Tuesday I thought they had closed when I was last in the area. Was very busy this Friday night. Chicken flame grilled in front of you.I ordered marinated and flame grilled chicken kebab on nan bread with house and chilli sauce and salad. At 6.50 its a tad expensive. Chicken lovely. Not a lot of salad. Portion size good. Friendly Albanian boss and other staff.Well worth another visit. Hidden gem. Try it.

I have been visiting the Dundrum area every year for more than 10 years and the Bucks Head has consistently delivered an excellent meal and wonderful service every time. I believe my wife and I must have had approximately 40 meals over that ten year period. We have also recommended the Bucks Head to friends and family who have all had the same wonderful experience. Enjoy !

Family run business at the heart of the Live music scene for over 40 years, winner of many awards for our restaurants and food, proud server to the local community and beyond, we have something for everyone.....only at O'Hares
Visited here with my sister on a wednesday afternoon in July. Told by staff there were no sandwiches on menu. Ordered the chicken goujons and chips, which came out quite quick but by a waitress that really didn't seem to want to be there-"there's your goujons" she said after setting down the plate....didnt ask if we wanted anything else, which I did because I needed salt and vinegar for my chips-which tasted and looked like oven chips or frozen deep fried at best to be truthful-I had to go find someone for salt&vinegar. The goujons were battered and greasy. Not impressed by service or food, it was a quiet day being midweek so no excuse for this imo. Hi Emma, thank you for your review. We normally would have sandwiches on a separate menu but hadn't planned for a bus party coming in who then all ordered soup and sandwiches leaving us with no option but to take them off on that day, sorry for that though as it should have been sorted. Our lunch menu you did order from clearly states the chicken goujons are battered and if they were a bit too greasy then my apologies for that. There are also salt and pepper shakers on every table, inside and out, along with a holder containing sachets of vinegar, sauces etc. and unless they were getting refilled they should have been there.I'm sorry your experience didn't live up to our standards and hope we will get another chance to impress you.

Situated in the grounds of the luxurious Slieve Donard Resort & Spa, the Perch French is the perfect place to relax with a drink and enjoy the finest of local produce, cooked to perfection.
Right at the gates of the Slieve Donald Hotel, this is a welcoming place to eat. Friendly, attentive staff. Great quality food and good value. Very convenient for hotel guests. The restaurants in the hotel are either high-end or very simple so Percy French offers a good compromise. Recommended. Hi Stephen and Christine,On behalf of all the team here at The Percy French. We were looking for classic Irish food at our hotel (the Donard) and we were rewarded with a nice assortment from which to chose. They even checked ahead of time to make sure there was fresh fish available for fish and chips. The service was excellent.

The young team in this bustling tapas bar is producing some extremely good food, as non-meat eaters we can vouch for vegetable dishes, cauliflower and broccoli that sang with fresh flavour, while a plate of just seared salmon melted in the mouth. A good wine list and excellent Titanic ale did the job. We were sorry not to be able to visit twice on our short break but look forward to coming back.
