Bistro spirit, friendliness and quality, is what is awaiting you at Cocoplum. Located west of Nassau on the corner of Old Fort Bay and Lyford Cay. Cocoplum offers a French and Mediterranean cuisine with an island twist taking advantage of all local fresh
From the moment we stepped in, I was blown away. The decor is visually stunning, I kept taking so many pictures that the staff started calling me âthe photographerâ!The outside area is even more stunning. The entire restaurant has a wonderful ambiance! Everyone we encountered was very courteous, professional and helpful. This kind of great service is unfortunately not so common place, which is what impressed us even more. The menu had a great variety of drinks and food. We tried 4 different cocktails and loved each one! We had 3 delicious appetizers: Bone Marrow on specials, Baba Ghanoush (I loved that they had the write name for it!) and the Beef Tartare. All were of a great portion size and the prices were not too extreme, but most certainly were worth it.I look forward to coming back and bringing more people to this magnificent place. Thank you to the entire team for being so amazing!

Indulge your senses at Dune, a chic restaurant by internationally renowned restaurateur, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Perched atop a white sand beach amidst dramatic ocean views, Dune serves an innovative blend of French-Asian cuisine infused with loca
Iâve eaten at Dune at the four seasons 5 to 6 times now and without exaggeration during one week in June ate there three nights. Needless to say I got to recognize the faces and tried every fish dish on the menu. Vacationing in the Bahamas you already know to expect high prices and if youâre coming to a celebrity chef restaurant in a luxury resort then you know to expect even higher prices and this is exactly what youâll find at Dune. The food is pretty good considering where you are and the options around you, but the service does not match the prices. Itâs still rather on the slow side, uncaring, and forgetful. Friendly, but friendly doesnât get results. Manage your expectations to not receive things too quickly and have to ask two or three times when they get busy and youâll have a great time. The resort and the grounds are five star without hesitation, the food is four stars, but the service brings it down to an average of three or 3.5. I donât know why the Bahamians canât get their service to a certain level considering theyâre getting pretty good gratuity for the prices of these meals.

This is a lovely restaurant that has antiques from that era. Large furniture and a cigar roller and smoke room. Piano music sometimes, quaint rooms available for special occasions.

The design of the restaurant is one out of a magazine very posh and upscale. The food: It was not the best but i do love the wide variety and different international cuisines they offer. However, Iâve been their twice to see if it would improve but they are still lacking in adequate seasoning. I must commend them on their presentation of their food that beautifully laid out. The staff: The waiters were very pleasant and easy going. Nonetheless they could use a lot of training in regards to dining etiquette. The sushi: The sushi was great especially the latitudes roll The bar: The bar is very chic. The mixologist that they have at the bar is whatâs really impressive. They made drinks that were not only unique but very very delicious.Recommendations: 1) The carrot cake is a must probably the most delicious thing they have on the menu2) The teppanyaki station is a dining experience thatâs a must. But everything is just drowned in soy sauce, salt and pepper. 3) For sweet wine lovers they have a very delicious bottle of moscato dâAsti

Fine Dining Destination Weddings Events... Experience Sapodilla....
We decided to come here due to the encouraging reviews we found here on tripadvisor. We left this place on our last day in Nassau before flying back home on the next day!The place is beautifully decorated in pure caribbean style which is a plus.As we arrived we were accommodated in the lounge bar where it was supposed to be the live music, sadly the musician arrived when we were almost ready to go to our table escorted by an unfriendly asian hostess that at the moment of seating us was joking and laughing with one of the waiters who was playing the drum...The menu comes with a lot of dishes that seem tasty.Soup and a Caesar salad were good even if for the Caesar I would comment the flavor of anchovy was completely absent... maybe the waiter forgot to put anchovy in it? Beside that it was great and fresh! The main course was not up to our expectations as mine was fine but my bf one arrived cold and lacked of the unique taste we expected. The wine required over 10 minutes to be served.Nobody offered to refill our glasses while dining. The best part of the whole dinner was a very tasty banana flambe.Upon leaving a tall hostess had a nice chat with me while I was awaiting for my bf. She has been one of the very few good notes of this disappointing night.Exception made for her nobody asked how we felt about the dinner...It would have been appreciated if a chef or manager asked how we feel about the food.We truly felt wasting money on an expensive, yet not good experience!

Located in the heart of downtown Bay Street, Athena cafe offers the authentic greek cuisine with a Bahamian flare. Not only you can find the traditional greek favorites here but also Bahamian delicacies such as conch, snapper, grouper and lobster! We are
We stayed at the Hyatt Baha Mar, and Athena's was by far the best meal during our stay. Athena's blows any of the overpriced mediocre restaurants at Baha Mar away. The grilled grouper and Greek salad were all very good and flavorful. The passion fruit mojito was one of the best mojito's I've had. Although this place is pricey, I wouldn't hesitate to return if I'm back in Nassau.

La Caverna is a family friendly Italian restaurant with outstanding dishes served in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Outside seating with botanical garden view. Special Menu for large groups. A Ristorante, Pizzeria and Bar. A 7 minute drive from Bah
This is by far the most consistent restaurant in Nassau. The food & service are always above average for 3 times I have been here. For appetizer I recommend the buffalo mozzarella. For Dinner the Chicken Parm & dessert the Nutella Pizza. ( It is a great place for families.) The casual dining place of choice from most of the residents out west. ( Lyfford Cay, Old Fort Bay & Albany.) Highly Recommend it.
