I understand why this place is number 1 in Ronda: the service is impeccable, very quick and courteous, and charisma of José Antonio makes this restaurant really worth visiting although it's a rather long walk from the historical center of Ronda. But in spite of this I don't think that I would become a regular customer here. There are several issues that I didn't like: the place is to small, there is too little space between tables, the chairs are too hard, without any upholstery. Maybe it's part of the design and general concept as this place is positioned as a 'tavern'. But I prefer something more comfortable. As for the food - unfortunately main part of the menu was not to our taste. I don't like sushi and seviche (as long as carpaccio - nothing raw, please) and hamburgers. Besides both me and my mother are allergic to red tuna. So we've taken ox-tail starter and lamb as a main dish. Both were fine, but the lamb was a little too dry to my taste. We always take tea after meal and I was very disappointed to see a plain Lipton served in a place known for its cuisine. Other disappointment was when it occurred that several desserts mentioned in the menu were not available, including the one with pears that I wanted to try. For a Saturday night and a place where you need to make a reservation in advance to get a table it's a huge minus. How can there be lack of desserts if you know that the place is fully booked? Yes, the chestnuts puree was quite nice but little disappointment was still there.Hello, good day, thanks for your words to our food and service. To say that I don't understand your words about sushi or ceviche, we don't have those dishes here. Decoration is something that some people like more and others less. Next year we will launch a great restaurant in the center and well, it will be bigger and more comfortable now that we are in this one that we are over 30 years old and we do not force anyone to stay. More than 2500 people rate us as excellent in more than 5 gastronomic guides for something that will be. As for tea and dessert, tell him that tea is a normal tea of ââgood quality and that we no longer have a great demand for tea, we are not asked for more, and dessert will explain it to him but I see he did not understand, we have 4 desserts, only 1 that is summer season was missing, and summer is over.How can we have it in autumn if it is seasonal? Oh my God I've had tapas...pinchos all over but this is up there with the very best... not in the centre but worth the walk....tapas extraordinaire! Delicious i could quite happily have had all on the menu! Between is us had foie gras smoked sardines red tuna crispy pork etc.... served exquisitely.... yum yum!

I think being new to the Tapas system did not help us but the bartender was helpful and the food was tasty. Our favourite dishes were crispy chicken Caesar salad, mini burger- delicious, smoked salmon/avocado on bread. We would come back. Local atmosphere. :).

High quality food, big portions, for decent prices. Our waitress Maria was very likeable. Very short walking distance from La Perla Blanca (where we stayed). Make sure you bring a flashlight for the way back if you stay at la Perla blanca. We especially liked the rabbit and the curry.

We stumbled upon this small local place in old town. The owner was friendly and a gracious host. The prix fixe meal of 5 courses was a Spanish delight. The flavors and authenticity were worth waiting for restaurant to open. The local wines were also very reasonably priced. While the portion size was full, we lingered through the evening to enjoy the dining experience. The meal was the best value we experienced in Spain. We would come back if we found ourselves in Ronda again!

We celebrated a birthday here with exquisite food, great combinations and flavours. Service attentive but discrete. We had the 15 tasting menu with matched wine. Wine was excellent with a couple of really specials. Thereâs also an a la carte. Expensive but good for a special occasion.

The terrific reviews that this place gets are 100% justified. A small restaurant but with an additional terrace so booking is essential. Both the food and service are outstanding. A brilliant night out down to Maria's cooking and super friendly service from the two Antonio's. Advice on food and drink is spot on and you instantly feel welcomed and relaxed. They serve a superb cheesecake as a free dessert along with tuition ice cream that finished off your meal in style. We had pil pil cod and pork cheeks as mains and they were excellent. Don't miss this place if you want a special meal in Ronda!

We have eaten twice at Entre Ascuas and thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the square in Montejaque. The food was very acceptable. I particularly enjoyed the ox cheeks. The hake and salmon dishes were good too. I would recommend it, certainly not expensive at all.

We had great food every evening in the restaurants and bars in Montejaque but the food and service at La Casitas was exceptional. We had paella and Iberian pork and both were beautifully cooked. The service was excellent and our âwaiterâ Valentino was fantastic!

It's difficult to think of any way this could have been improved. A beautiful terrace restaurant with a tinkling stream alongside and views of the mountains beyond. Intuitive service that arrived just when you wanted it and an interesting menu with delicious options at all courses. Despite the availability of a good value menu del dia, we chose from the carte. I can thoroughly recommend the Fried Beans with local Black Pudding starter, and the kid goat main. As for the figs with mascarpone - wow!We're truly delighted you so enjoyed the Food and Service at Molino del Santo - and of course the beautiful natural surroundings.We very much look forward to welcoming you back again one day soon...why not stay the night and sample our Breakfast as well?!
