This was perfect! After some mixed restaurant experiences here in Sicily (some with very petty view but least than average food or others with atmosphere like a waiting room but quite good food) this one combines everything you want: excellent food, excellent service (which includes proper English) and also a well-furnished and designed restaurant with appealing music and ambience... Especially the starters and the desserts were mind blowing. My main was also pretty fine (gnocchi). My boyfriends steak was very good too and medium was actually medium (I tried ;-) They also had a very good assortment of wines in different price categories and helped you with the choice fitting to your meal. The only mini critique I have is that the menu needs some work to be understood. As itâs not ordered by starters / mains etc. (Instead all is included under headlines like meat, fish etc.) it took some time to figure out what a starter is. I liked that to have the decision my own way but some other couple of visitors left after they saw it... Prices are slightly higher than in the most of the restaurants in the area but for me the food was totally worth it. Summarizing I loved the restaurant and will definitely come back. I highly recommend it to every Marsala visitor!!!

We visited Cothon for dinner our first night in Marsala because we were staying outside the city and this restaurant was close to our accommodation and had easy parking in front -- we came back the second and last night because we had a wonderful experience here! The food is lovely, fresh, well-served, and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is very cheerful -- a mix of people eating dinner with colleagues after work, and the occasion al birthday party. Restaurant very clearly has a strong local client base.Fish couscous is the best I've eaten my two weeks in Sicily, and the fresh fish grilled with salad is also excellent.

Since we are staying at the B^B Villa Ermes, we decided we did not want to drive into Marsala but insteed opted to have a quick dinner somewhere close by. We looked up Tripadvisor and came up with Blue Way pizzeria. However, we found out it has closed, and it has just recently been taken over by new management. What a wonderful team, We selected two pizzas ... mine was an excellent tuna version which was well covered by rucola and parmesan shavings. Excellent quality ingredients throughout served on a very tasty base. Among the very best pizza ever prepared in a wood burning oven. Excellent value .... a complete meal for two at under 25 Euros including drinks and coffee. The chef and his team are very friendly, and also promised us that he will prepare a special fiorentina steak just for us. A very pleasant surprise indeed. Will certainly be back.Grazie siamo contenti di averti soddisfatto, speriamo di poterci rivedere. A presto.
