Find out what European restaurants to try in Manila. Metropolitan Manila encompasses six cities and 12 towns. Located on Manila Bay in the South China Sea, and bisected by the Pasig River, the capital of the Philippines is historic and modern, rich and poor. A popular sight is the walled area called Intramuros. The capital during Spanish colonization, Intramuros has retained old dungeons and gunpowder rooms but added art galleries and theaters. The city is filled with museums, shops, parks and churches, plus enough nightlife to last until dawn.

Popped in for a drink, nice layout on the roof of SM Aura mall, had a clear cider which was sweet but nice change from lager, the menu looked nice but didn't eat and lots of wine available.

Being in Manila for a week only I'm so saddened that I discovered this beautiful restaurant on the last day. The food the service the setting and atmosphere was amazing. I felt like I was in little Italy. The menue is wide and they have a big selection of home made foods, vegetarian dishes and amazing Italian cuisine. Can not wait to be back in Manila to eat here again!

The Old Manila restaurant in the Peninsula Hotel, Makati, Manila.
Lunch with a planned menu for a group of approximately 30 diners.Wines were selected to match the menu. The pre-dinner offerings were tasty but sparse, and some attendees missed out on being served. The appetiser course was a lamb carpaccio and was well-presented and delicious. The main course, US rib eye medallions, was nicely cooked but the serving size, including the veg accompaniments, was very small and most disappointing. The dessert (a frozen key lime pie in an "icy-pole" format on a wooden stick), was unusual but not appropriate for such a reputable restaurant. The room is rather dark and lacks a modern feel so that the overall ambience in the room was lacking.Overall, my first visit to this restaurant was also probably my last.

Certainly a resto steeped in history the early 1900âs and restored to the glory of decades ago.French, continental menu and we enjoyed lobster starter, the lamb and tenderloin main course and split the crepe.Thoroughly lovely meal.Full marks!

Gimmick point smörgåsbord buffet & bar!! More populary know as G point smörgåsbord & bar. It's an international restaurant with swedish/filipino food. We are also famous as connection point. For tourist & diver patrons visiting/living in Manila, Puerto Ga
G Point is a restaurant-bar near Robinson's popular with foreigners. The menu is decently large and has salads, pizza, tacos, wings, and there are beer specials also. There is a guard there (for some reason I don't know) who is friendly and the staff was helpful and friendly when I was there. You can order their popular buffet or also alacarte entrees.Prices are average for a foreigners type of place. It has air conditioning and it is non smoking which is a nice respite from the other restaurants in town.Restroom also had a sink that actually works and a towel and soap haha. They play sports on the wall mounted TV's and you can request specific games (allegedly).

Since 1995, Casa Armas has been serving Manila with the finest and most authentic Spanish Food. Our menu offers a wide variety of Tapas, Paellas, Cochinillos and a long list of choices to truly enjoy a taste of Spain right in the heart of Manila.
The outside and indeed interior need a little attention but the food and especially the service was outstanding. The portions are rather small but the taste excellent. We enjoyed a very leisurely dinner chatting with the personable waiters. All in all a memorable meal. A wandering guitarist serenaded.

Iâm Italian, totally trustworty and well travelled. Let me say that the food wasnât bad. I was there with my Filipino gf that happily finished her amatriciana pasta, and I had more than half of my napoletana pizza.Wrong ingedients for both and wrong type of pasta, too much cooked and too thin, though! If they had just called it in another way as international food, maybe 3 stars could have been the right choice. But they did wrong the amatriciana, the pizza and also the tomato bruschetta: with parmesan cheese on top!!!The only Italian-style food was the focaccia as a appetizer with vinaigrette that, with the base of the pizza that was good, make me give them 2 instead of 1 star.Waiters were nice but too pushy in a desert restaurant: that was nice inside the bayleaf hotel in the intramuros.Average/high (to be in Manila) price, 1200 pesos 24$ with tap water and a small san pellegrino for me.

There is Forever @ Cafe Adriatico I have loved you from the very beginning my eyes laid on you. And just like wine you age with grace... And every time with your old ways, I always find something new. Everytime I visit Manila, It's a must... I just go crazy with Cafe Adriatico's out of this world desserts. I normally would have 3 various slices and 2 to go. My top favorite us called Canonigo w/ mangoes.I love their version of braso de Mercedes soft merengue, balls of Philippine mangoes and condense milk syrup. This dessert will take you to another heights, like eating white clouds in heaven, totally melts every bite in your mouth, I meant do not chew, do not bite, just put it inside your mouth on top of your tongue and just feel the sensation as the merengue disappears by itself and leaves you gasping ahaahaahahaha!!!!.. after you keep your composure, it's time for a mango ball and syrup and this concoction of ingredients bring you to the second level of foodgasm... w/ a sip of strong brewed coffee you're ready for the second round... of triple chocolate mouse., buttery & crispy sansrival, etc.,etc.,.. now get ready for your metformin and tell the waiter to prep your pineapple upside down cake for take out and what ever is left... I should say 5 star for desserts, ambiance, attentive quick service and overall experience... So since the eighties until now, you have been my forever. My Cafe, my very own Cafe Adriatico. I swear, I will be forever married to you.

My Kitchen at the Oasis offers a wide selection of international dishes and a contemporary Mediterranean dining experience. Come visit us and enjoy! The cuisine by Chef James and his team
Used to be a great resto offering excellent food and superb service. Now, not so much. There were 4 servers on the floor but you had to yell to call their attention as they were chit chatting and had their backs away from the floor. To think, there were only 2 occupied tables, including mine. Service was also like a metered taxi with additional charges for extra bread, greens for the panizza et al. Food recipe seems to have changed as well with as food did not taste as good as it used too a d the carbonara was missing its big chunks of bacon and mushroom I used to lov
