We've been eating our big meal in the late afternoon and found a hot salmon dish with vegetables , soup, salads. My friend has gluten intolerance and I eat low carb for diabetes - we ate well here

Just had family dinner and I have to say service was excellent .Food was beautifully presented and served with efficiency .Now we were a party of nine adults and five kids .The waitress Mary prioritised the kids first which is such a bonus when one is having dinner .once they got food there was peace . Adult meals were top notch and I have to say it was very pleasant evening and thank you to all chefs and resraurant staff ..Well done .

Good Italian cuisine with fresh locally produced ingredients in a warm and welcoming restaurant.
Back working in the area for a few days. Last time I had a great meal, but cooking standards have dropped.Starter of spicy meatballs: Would have been OK if the centre of the meatballs were actually warm. Cheese and tomato sauce was roasting hot. I think this was all just put under a grill to heat it up.Main: Chicken with spinach and some cheese with vegetables. Again chicken was dried out and lukewarm.I don't think anything is fresh (all frozen) and then reheated.House red was very good. Cheesecake dessert was also good, but would have been bought in and prepared by our server, no where near the chef.A pizza order would probably be safe but don't think I will be returning.

This is my favorite restaurant in Loughrea. Food is consistently excellent and the ambiance tastefully balanced for Italian cuisine being served in the West of Ireland. Good choice of wines and professional friendly table service. Experienced is topped by being good value too. Donât forget to bring cash as credit cards are not accepted - but there is a cash machine just 50 yards away if required.
