Went here after a long day of wine tasting with a DipWSET and sommelier. The expectations were to find a nice, low key place with a fair combination of service and food. We were nicely surprised and overtaken by the professional service and the great food combinations of traditional Austrian dishes created in a modern sense without loosing the nerve of Austria and local. The wine list was mainly all new wine makers and obviously with Austria wines from traditional Grüner Veltliner to young and modern orange wine and the high end biodynamic wines. I highly enjoyed the dinner and I have great respect of the couple who run the place. I shall return soon, with new business partners as to show that Austrian wine and dine can be existing.

A very nice meal with very dear and long-time friends who now reside on Langenlois. Quiche was very good as were our white wine selections. Wait staff very nice, as were the husband (wine maker) and wife (chef and chief marketer). Well worth a visit. Thanks for the nice words! We do our best, to keep improving and hope to see you again :)

We came here for lunch, with friends who visited before. Excellent locally-sourced food, including chantrelle mushrooms, vand fine local wines and brandies. We sat in the pleasant outdoor garden, but the indoors looked inviting as well.Price for 4 people, including drinks, desserts and tip: about 180 euro

this is a typical austrian beissl located in the wine region, it is a mediocre experience, not expensive, but too much smokers, toilets are terrible, service is friendly, food is Austrian, tasty, but unhealthy, the portions are abundant

Nice place just in the main square. Fine coffee and really tasty cakes. Fast and friendly staff. Good stop on a cold autumn day!

We arrived in town a bit too early to check into our room and decided to have a spontaneous lunch here. The setting is ideal, adjacent to the main roundabout and plague monument marking the center of town. Our server helpfully supplied an English menu after seeing us struggle with Google Translate. My wife had a perfectly acceptable frankfurter plate and I had a surprisingly good plate of tender, braised roast pork with cabbage and potato dumplings in a brown sauce, along with a gently priced bottle of Brundlmayer Gruner Veltliner. Nothing out of the ordinary, just good solid cooking in a nice setting at very reasonable prices.

Came here on a weekend. Great views and wonderful place for sitting outside. If you're there on a weekend make sure you order the "bratl" which is roast pork. One of the best I had. Will be back.

As hike leader of a UN walking club based in Vienna I have visited this restaurant several times with people from half a dozen countries during walks in the Kamptal. Not everyone is keen on standard Austrian food, but there was never a problem adapting a dish, cook's time permitting. When my wife had a stomach problem there was no problem getting a second, lighter dish. Very friendly service - and very friendly prices!

The Heurigenhof Bründlmayer is no ordinary heuriger buffet. In this preciously beautiful ensemble of historic buildings, you enjoy superb cuisine and the preeminent stars of the Austrian wine scene, courtesy of Bründlmayer.
Dining in the courtyard of a beautifully maintained historic building, just next to the vines. We had a light rain but the umbrellas overhead kept us dry. Restaurant is dog-friendly which we love. Elegant, relaxed and leisurely-paced dinner, excellent (relatively uncomplicated) food and good (very affordable) local wine pairings. We enjoyed it and did not find it overpriced. I am not sure if they don't allow smoking (hopefully!) or if we just got lucky but that was one of the pros of this place for us relative to other places we ate in Austria. Austrians: even if you are on a personal mission to get lung cancer, how about not smoking at the table for the sake of being able to smell, taste and enjoy the food and wine...?
