A small restaurant with pavement tables on a quiet square in the shabby-chic St-Aubin quartier. Top-quality grilled meat and fish, a short but appetising choice of starters and desserts, with an interesting (and not overpriced) wine list, and friendly service. One of my favourite restaurants in Toulouse to date.

Dans un cadre typiquement toulousain, cuisine genereuse du terroir accueil chaleureux et convivial.
Excellent food, every dish we had was just great, starting with a marrow bone and proceeding onto duck confit and cassoulet. Best cassoulet (n=4) on our trip. We had good service despite an apparent shortage of staff. Not sure that I would take kids here, but it's fine for any mildly adventuresome eater. We'd eat here again (and again) if we had the chance.

We wanted to experience something different while in Toulose and found Le Grenier de Pepe on Trip Advisor. What a delightful restaurant run by a very friendly couple. They only serve crepes and fondue (not available on the day we had lunch). The food, décor and the owners were wonderful.

Stopped in to this place on one of those nights where i just couldn't be bothered cooking. So i rang up a couple of mates and suggested going here after driving past it numerous times on my way home. At first i was a little nervous, there was only two people sitting inside eating but luckily we got there early (7pm) cause people started flocking in within the hour. The interior is unreal! You can see they really thought about every detail from the glass counter showing the different cuts of meat, to the choice of cutlery and glasses. It all comes together to flow with the architecture of the building. Its just superb. Now for the food. Aww the food!! For entree the salad i ordered was surprisingly large and flavoursome. The Filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the pepper sauce was mouth watering. Then to top it all off, was one of the best chocolate mousses I've ever had! Along with great wine and friendly staff it was one of the best dining experiences I've had since arriving in France 4 years ago.A must if your in Toulouse.

It started off badly, when we were left to out own with no wine or food for some time. We then very quickly chose our meal option, then asked the waiter for wine selections, he had no,idea, but did not refer us to the somelier. We could nit pick throughout, but whilst the food was amazing the service, was at best shambolic, plus never a smile. We got our cheese and almost finished it before we were offered bread,, we thought it was a French thing maybe to have no bread

Our restaurant Les Sales Gosses (formerly La Cantine Des Sales Gosses) is a restaurant that links good creative food to an atmosphere that reminds its customers of their childhood.
I came to this place three years ago and I came back last week with some friends. The place is original and friendly. The food is well presented, tasty and creative in a genuine way. An excellent choice!Thank you very much for your comment, we hope to see you some other day, maybe sooner than in three years ;D !

We had an eye-opening (or taste-bud-opening) lunch at ô Saveurs. So many flavours to enjoy! The starter involved lightly smoked tuna, beetroot and carrot. The main, cod, mussels, squid and a delicious fish broth. The dessert a medley of sorbets. Two glasses of wine, one a sauvignon blanc from the Touraine, the other a muscat sec from l'Hérault - both perfectly chosen for the menu. The chef very relaxed and approachable. How he does it for â¬36 i don't know!

Friends invited us to this lovely restaurant on a hot evening July 2013 and we enjoyed a delightful dinner prepared by chef Jeremy Dvan. It's near Toulouse and I doubt we've have found such an unpretentious but delightful meal without local help. Simply one of those "you'll really enjoy" meals.

We dined at l'aparte for my birthday treat. The chef's menu including the wine were absolutely tasty. Elegantly furnished, the food presentation and attention to detail from the staff just make the experience unforgettable. Really worth going for a lavish experience.
