Food and service were outstanding! Rarely do I give a 5 rating. Richard was our server and he was the best we had on our 8 days in Croatia-also had great English skills. We had a platter with suckling pig, finger meat little sausages and veal accompanied by veggies and potatoes - so tasty! For dessert we had the traditional cheese pancake (crepe) which is big enough to share with 2 or 3 people and it was phenomenal. Make sure you go here when near the Plitvice Lakes.

Family restaurant with good food and the best location in Korenica! Offering grill, pasta, pizza, deserts.. Looking forward to serve you!
We ate here for 2 nights, reasonable prices and good quality quick eats. Both times we were very tired and wanted to eat quickly, staff were friendly and food tasted good. Not the most exciting of places but ticked all the boxes for us.

Passed by on our way from Zadar to Plitvice Lakes and decided to stop here for a lunch. Pleasant atmosphere, tasty food and big portions for a good price. Waiter was nice and helpful. I would gladly recommend this for anybody who plans to save money eating in Plitvice Lakes and wants to have a lunch in advance.

Despite some previous relatively scathing reviews, I noticed that the last few reviews indicated a vast improvement in all aspects of the restaurant; so decided to give it a go.We walked from our guesthouse and were given a table - the restaurant steadily filled up and we ordered the four cheeses pizza and a mixed salad. The meal was very tasty, and the service was great - the wait staff were working very hard and the food was coming out of the kitchen steadily. All in all, we enjoyed our evening at Sapina.

Visited 14th October.Went inside the restaurant and the setting is very pleasant. Found a table, the place wasn't too busy but there were a good number of people. The waitress was quick in taking our order and the drinks and bread arrived quickly. We then noticed people starting to get restless and moaning at the waitresses. Many tables walked out before their food arrived. We waited, and waited and waited. Our food took an hour and a half to arrive and when it did the pork and chicken were dry and the pork didn't seem seasoned at all. Fries were fine and the salad was small. The croquettes were excellent. I salted the pork which made it taste a bit better but really expected a bit more after a 90 minute wait.I wouldn't return here, food is a average at best and the kitchen is sooooo slow.Waitress - 9/10Service Speed - 2/10Food - 4/10Setting - 8/10Overall 4/10
