Didn't stay here this time although have done in the past and it was fine then but we just had dinner this time . Very good meal with prompt , efficient and pleasant service. It's a large restaurant so difficult to fill but there were enough people to make a good atmosphere. There is a conservatory area which can be almost completely shut off which it was when we went as there was a wedding going on . It made the restaurant slightly noisy from all the comings and goings and the music but all in all would recommend this place

This is an impressive restaurant that combines excellent food, a great wine list and the best service we've ever had in France. Surprisingly enough, it isn't expensive. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening here and the profiteroles with caramel were as addictive as crack cocaine.

Very small restaurant right in the town centre, seemed to be frequented mostly by locals. We received a warm welcome. The owner, who also cooks the food and bakes the marvellous pastry, manages to come out to chat because she knows many of the guests. Very good food served unpretentiously. Superb patisserie. Simple quaint decor, cosy ambiance, very reasonable prices.

Ate here twice and the food was very good - most of us had the fish which was beautifully cooked. The Cafe Gourmand dessert was super value and delicious altho the coffee was exceptionally strong. Service was extremely friendly and would definitely visit again.

Charming and helpful hosts with a blackboard menu reflecting the seasonal and fresh nature of the dishes. My veal kidneys were cooked perfectly but the sauce a little to piquante for my palette, as sometimes happens you make the wrong choice but that doesn't distract from the quality of the food. Booking advised if you want a table.

My hamburger tasted foul as if the meat had gone bad. My fries tasted artificial as if they had been made from a powdered mix. My sons and wife had salmon dishes, and made faces without finishing their orders. The waitress was very nice, and the decor was nice, though dusty. We're not going back.

We have eaten filet all over the world. The flavor in the filet was phenomenal. It's what you travel to France to experience. Exquisite, subtle flavor combinations that make you sad when you're done. The potatoes as well were simply fantastic. We weren't impressed the desserts so save your money and just allow the filet to be your dessert. We plan to go back again tonight!

We followed the TripAdvisor recommendation and were not disappointed. They ONLY serve pizza ( so no pasta or anything else), but with fresh and the best ingedrients. the very friendly lady (I presume the owner) explained that they used fresh dough they let develop/rise over a number of days. Our dough was 8 days old and you truly taste it is different from what you normally get. It was light and very crispy. The pizzas were were pretty big and topped with rucola. So highly recommended for anyone who appreciates something out of the ordinary and fresh products. The icecream was also outstanding.

Cosy ans small restaurant.Menu on black board!all the Cuisine is homemade!cuisine de Marché!three starters, four main courses, four desserts
Stopped here for lunch on the way home to the UK after a two-week trip around France; we didn't eat better anywhere. Just delicious, unpretentious dishes cooked and served with thought and care. Helpings are more than generous - we left feeling replete, to say the least - and wonderfully good value, no matter the exchange rate. The (chef's own) foie gras is to die for, and his chocolate mousse so good we demanded the recipe! Definitely mérite le détour for a pit-stop en route north or south.
