Great food, really nice location and the service is perfect. 12 Years ago we celabreated our wedding in the same room and backthen everything also went perfect. The owner are still going strong and we will for sure be back once again!!!

Very pretty restaurant and waiters were very professional and pleasant. Ordered a bottle of Portuguese red wine and it was good as expected. Atmosphere was relaxing with nice decor. We shared a Charcuterie board with nice bread and Cilantro butter. Main course we ordered the 300 gram rib steak and the Cataplana seafood dish, was on the menu with fish, mussels and tiger prawns. My steak came nicely presented on a board with a small salad and a stack of grilled potatoes along with a nice little pile of flaky sea salt. This was all good except the main part of the meal the steak was not good, firstly it was less than 200 grams, I ordered rare and half the steak was rare, the steak came presliced and the other half of the steak was super well done and too hard to chew. I can only assume they came from two different steaks or it had been microwave defrosted and had started to cook before it hit the grill. My husbands seafood Cataplana had frozen fish, 4 mussels and no shrimp, the onions and red peppers had not been fried down so they were still crunchy and semi raw. We asked the waiter where the shrimps were and he apologized and said they would bring us some which they did bring 4 small shrimp on a side plate. They were the size of a 2 euro coin so definitely not tiger shrimp. The staff is very nice and a family business, shame they fell short on the quality of the food served. The bill was â¬140 euros for a bottle of red wine, shared appetizer and two main courses. We expected a fine dining experience but due to the kitchen it really fell short. Went here on the basis of reviews on TA and was not disappointed. The Special Brew was a pilsner modified with a touch of cinnamon and was lovely. Beer stewed veal was amazing and loved the baked mashed potatoes. Staff friendly with good English. Decent prices. Recommended.

Enjoyed the food, I tried traditional food, pork and the fish. Service not attentive, we had to continuously get up to get their attention. After the concert we went in, only place available opened, it was a different experience. The one and only waiter/ bartender / everything, was very kind, he was closing, but did serve us, with a kind smile.

The steak was absolutely delicious and had a great fit with the house wine from Chile. As addition to the steak you get unlimited fries/bread/potatoes and salat bar. I really likeed the house made addressing.If you feel like eating big portion of delicious meat that is the place to go.

This is where it all started in April 1971. Everyone laughed at Aage Damgaard and his new steak concept but 'A Hereford Beefstouw' restaurants are here to stay. Lunch today - celebrating my dad's 89th birthday - we are steak lovers and I'm pretty confident that we are about to have covered all Hereford restaurants in Denmark ;-)Today we started with Pickled Salmon and Löjrom, followed by Sirloin, Tenderloin and Turbot. I'm usually not a fan of eating fish at a steak restaurant, but my brother-in-law assured me that it was excellent. All the meats were excellent as usual. The birthday lunch was followed by dessert, which was also excellent as usual.Remember that this is a steak restaurant. The steaks are amazing and perfect - but do not expect fancy cuisine. You get a steak and french fries or baked potato. That's it. However, the salad bar at the Lund location really deserves its own 5 stars! What an extraordinary selection of lettuce, vegetables, and all the extra :-)
Det er godt mad og fine mængder af mad. Dog har de tendens til meget salt på deres fritter og at osten i burgeren aldrig er smeltet medmindre man siger at de skal være smeltet ( osten burde komme på bøffen mens den steges, så osten er smeltet) kold ost i en burger er IKKE lækkert
Nohr is not a gourmet place, but it is well maintained, has good service and serves really nice cafe food. If you need a place in Ikast to have lunch Nohr is not the worst place you can go.
