Visited second time in a month having been many times when we lived in hailsham 35 years ago. Much much better than 35years ago!!! Great variety of food on the menu with lots of unusual dishes(pigeon, lobster, kebabs,) Can't fault the service or the food. Lovely clay oven where pizzas are freshly made. Lovely for family's with a pleasant garden, burger shack and bar. Would definitely recommend and will be back.Definitely need a sign on the main A22 road to show people where to go.

We visited this deli, in our high street, yesterday. After going passed many times, and liking what we saw every time.We had a great time, enjoying wonderful food. The pizza from the trailer was excellent, and then we had a sharing board. Made up of the most tasty cheeses, Italian meats, huge olives etc.Washed down with cold lager on tap, and a glass of red wine ( chosen from a good range ). Thoroughly recommend and will be returning again. Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. We look forward to welcoming you back for more of the same!

An extraordinary building in the Priory retirement village. The ceiling in the dining room and the fireplace are worth the visit even without the the food which is beautifully prepared and served. Good menu with reasonable prices. The tables aren't packed together and with the high ceiling, the thick carpet and drapes you can actually hear what your companion is saying. At lunch yesterday the other guests were all residents or friends of residents. They were all very friendly recommending parts of the building to visit. We thought it was great and will certainly return.
