We had lunch based on the Tripadvisor recommendation. Prices are reasonable but if you order only a main meal on it's own, make sure they don't add chips or salad. We ordered one without and one main meal and received and paid for both. Good food and generous portions. Fantastic view next to the canal.

We saw the Ristorante Fratelli while on a boat cruise around Geithoorn. As we had been looking for a place for dinner, we disembarked from the boat and walked back into the lovely little town of Geithoorn. Since the late day lighting was beautiful, we strolled a bit taking photographs and then set out to dinner. We took a table at the edge of the deck overlooking the canals. We had a very nice meal - I had the lamb and my friend had the lasagne. We both were happy and satisfied and the scenery couldn't be beat. Very happy with our choice

The name of the restaurant means "the dining room of Giethoorn" in English and that is how it feels. You are at home with the hosts, Gerben and Annelore. The food is simple and straight forward Dutch fare, at a reasonable price. in summer time the large terrace provides a wonderful view on the busy main Canal of Giethoorn where you can see boats in all sizes pass by. In wintertime you can huddle up to the fireplace and enjoy Dutch winter fare. Only disadvantage is the limited opening hours in winter.

Imagine, a walk along the water, peaceful and lovely. Entering to a cosy fireplace, amazing colors of blue-greens in the decor.But the real surprise is the superior quality of the food; you've never tasted better seafood this side of the Atlantic. Star-quality with very good advice on wines.What can I say: save your money on flights to the Maritimes or Eastern Canada!

What an amazing restaurant! The owner is so friendly and hospitable. You feel so welcome in this beautiful place. The surrounding area is filled with small canals and gorgeous homes. I highly recommend visiting this place if you are in the area. Top class service !!!

This was our first time there . After reading the reviews we were curious. The plates were amazing and I love the concept . I had the salmon sashimi and then the halibut . Everything very fresh and halibut perfectly cooked , simply amazing. Service was very friendly and professional. We will definitely go back soon :)

Situated at the far end of the canal walk, we visited this pub to warm up. The hot chocolate was delicious! All staff very friendly. Even the cat that followed us!Food is served but we only stayed for our hot drinks.

The food and service was very good, the waitresses are very friendly and cordial, delicious food, is the first time I taste one pancook in presentation of crepe and it was simply delicious, the super recommend a combination of vegetables and very nice meat, and obviously lunch with a spectacular view of the Village.
