Our family visited Al Colle for Easter. We were booking late and were only lucky to get a table, as smb just canceled last-minute. The place was fully booked. There is a lot of space for the parking on the territory. The restaurant itself is rather spacious as well. They had a set Easter menu, so the choices were limited, but still we had a variety to choose from. For a starter I took a mix of bruschette. It was very pleasant. The food was rather good, though my coniglio was so tough, that I barely touched it. I order the rabbit mostly, as it's usually a very tender type of meat, but they definitely overcooked it, so it became very stiff. It wasn't the cheapest place at all, but in general we were satisfied with the price/quality ratio.I can't say it's the best agriturismo in the area, but it's definitely on the positive side. The staff are smiley and attentive. A strong "good" rating!Dear Miss,First of all we want to thank you for the nice review, however this is not the main reason that push me to answer to you. I know you have not enjoyed the rabbit we brang you for the Eastern. even for that i asked with your friend if wanted to order smth else obviously without any other charge. It was a new recipe and we want to apologize that you have not enjoyed. If you want to give us an other possibility to eat Rabbit you will be our guest.Thank you very much.Gherardi FrancescoDirector

We were starving for a good meal after a full day of driving. We found Arquebuse on a whim and ate so glad we did. The entire staff was awesome and it has a cozy atmosphere and good food! We especially loved the dessert we got â mascarpone served in a crispy thin chocolate waffle.

Great food, I had steak with Parmesan and a glass of Nero d'avola (red Sicilian wine). The food was great but mostly impressive was the place! An ancient mediaeval castle ..

A party of four went to this tiny little restaurant for lunch after visiting the art museum and special Goldini exhibit in Forli. We had gotten its name from the Slow Food book. The chef and waiter could not have been nicer. The food was thoughtful and well executed. The place was tiny but very comfortable situated on a small piazza. We had lovely seafood antipasti and assorted pastas for a Primi. Wines were lovely and the chef came out and we had a nice conversation. We felt very welcomed. How could you ask for more?

We had no reservations for a Saturday night but they seated us. What Luck and what a great experience. Had English menus too! Lovely friendly staff who work hard. Great pastas and seafood dishes. The meats were tender too. The profiteroles were smothered in chocolate pudding! Unbelievably delightful. The pastas were great. The cheeses were terrific. Very popular and has rear parking. You can't miss on a very delightful meal!Onoratissimi delle sue preziose parole, che ci gratificano e ci entusiasmano.Saperla soddisfatta Gentile Pat G, e vedere che ha apprezzato ogni nostro servizio ci riempie il cuore di gioia.
