I had the absolute BEST meal here... from wine to dessert. The "paila" style seafood dish was amazing! If you happen to be in Figeac, stop by this quaint dining spot for a great experience.

Very warm welcome. Wow factor of the building is 10/10. Apéro outstanding. High quality of traditional French cuisine and attention to detail outstanding. Atmosphere very friendly and welcoming. Dining room exquisite in this ancient Viguier.

Recommended by our host.Ate outside in the open market hall and a little breezy which cooled our food rather quickly. Simple fayre - steak and chips, and morrocan-style chicken kebab. Chicken fine but steak was a little tough.Ok, certainly not top notch though.

Lunch (menu du jour) was very good - soupe de poissons au basilic was exceptional and everything else was very good (and reasonably priced). The wine list is superb - two-sided sheet (one white & rosé, the other reds) mostly regional and everything available by the glass, pichet (25), carafe (50) or bottle and also all reasonably priced. The one sour note (bémol) was the service - what there was was fine, but there was not enough of it! They really need to add a serveur to the team. Very convenient (about 10 seconds away) for the Musée Champollion.

Thus busy restaurant has a large, attractive outside dining area with plenty of shade. They make an effort to combine pizza and pasta with local ingredients but the results aren't great. Neither of us finished the thick, doughy and greasy pizzas that were lacking the Mediterranean touch.

This restaurant had a number of locals dining, including families with children positioned so as not to disturb others. I dined alone at an outdoor table and enjoyed the experience: food and service and atmosphere. I wanted just the right level of activity, away from the hubbub of the main square but popular enough so as to have a bit of a crowd. I hit it just right.

Though perhaps a hundred yards from where the majority of restaurants seem to be, this restaurant is well worth following the signs. The food was excellent, the service professional but relaxed, and the prices reasonable. Not touristy, just very good value

Dinner for seven business associates, and the food was up and down. The fish soup was excellent, while the foie gras flan was unremarkable. The scallops were very good while the lamb was poor. The wine selections were good and well priced. Not sure what to make of it.

At the crossroads of Auvergne , Rouergue and Quercy has developed one of the fastest growing cities in the medieval noon. Come discover a Refined traditional cuisine and terroir. A large market of flavors in the heart of the Lot , you wait! A 1930's style
Our hotel reception recommended this restaurant as the hotel restaurant was closed on the evening we arrived. The food was just outstanding - all prepared in house. Cold tomato soup with basil sorbet gives perhaps a flavour of the style of cooking. There were three or four menus to choose from - catering for the poor soul on a diet to someone (ie my husband) who was out to make the most of this opportunity to sample local produce beautifully cooked. The service was excellent - with a little presentation when the dish was brought to the table. The decor was, to our eyes, unusual but don't hesitate for a moment - you'll not regret it.

Small typical restaurant in the historic center of Figeac. You will enjoy lunch or diner with buckwheat pancakes, big salads, meat, sea food, sweet pancakes and deserts. The team will welcome you with "Lotois smile" and will give you recommendation in Fre
We ended up here when walking thru Figeac. Not sure what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised. The salad cabecous was very well and the galette fromagiere was a very nice surprise. I have a weakness for melted cheese and the combination of mozzarella, emmental, cabecous and roquefort is perfect.
