My husband and I had a voucher for this place and we booked a table for 6pm. We had a couple of drinks in the bar area where they just put them against our voucher which was good. We then went to the restaurant for our meal. It went downhill from there at a rapid rate of knots!!!! We were put in the conservatory area which is lovely but we were the only only ones there, it was very lonely, we could just have sat at our dining table in the house. We both ordered fillet steaks, cooked medium, well we did have a £100 voucher to spend. My steak was ok but my husbands looked more like a sirloin and was cooked well done. We told them it wasnât what we ordered and they said we would get a free dessert or coffee on the house as a way of apology. The fillet was £28 so I donât think a coffee OR dessert is a good compensation!!!! The team leader then came and spoke to us and told us they would take the price of one fillet steak off the bill. This was meant to be a nice night out for my husband and I (child free) and it wasnât. We left with £40 left on our voucher, we were planning on spending the whole lot, not anymore. Like I said very disappointing Hello C-A-JD2016,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Feedback is always greatly important in order for us to continuously improve our guest's journey. Popped in on a busy Saturday morning for some brekkie. The food was excellent, the vegetarian breakfast was one of the best Iâve had in a long time - lovely poached eggs, veggie sausages and mushroom bonbons. A nice twist on traditional fayre that is served elsewhere. Service was very good and although we had to wait a wee bit for our food it was worth it as it was freshly made and tasty. Looking forward to returning and trying the lunch/dinner menu.Highly recommended.

I have visited several times and have always enjoyed the food. Today was no exception but was enhanced by the very friendly staff. With staff like this patrons will certainly return. Tapas are great with a good choice and with the lunch time offer of 3 for & 8.95 are great value for money. I can certainly recommend. Well worth a visit. Paul was an attentive and friendly waiter /bar manager too.

We ate from the early dinner menu, three courses for £16.95. This was fantastic value. There is plenty choice and all six dishes we had were cooked very well with good size portions. The restaurant is well laid out so you don't feel too close to your neighbouring diners. The staff were attentive, friendly and there is a very relaxed atmosphere. This was a first visit for us but won't be the last. I usually shy away from Italian restaurants and I often feel I never got value for money but certainly can't say that about Zucca.Make sure and book because there was not an empty table in sight. That says it all.

Staff were charming and decor is outstanding. Toilet is nice and tidy. Menu is varied with excellent deals. I had the salt and chicken with hoisin sauce which was sensational. Next I had the sea bass which was probably one of the best sea bases I have ever had. Family and friends said it was 5 star food and experience as well. Overall, I extremely recommend this place and definitely will be going again.
