20 of us pre-ordered our meals and they all came out quickly with a smile. We had our desserts in the lovely garden. It was very special, and will definitely go again. Thoroughly recommend it.

Came here on a recommendation and had a Turkish mezze salad. There's an excellent range of GF food, and just a simple salad is amazing! There are so many things to try on the menu and it's good tasty authentic food. It's not a children's restaurant and it has nothing to do with Dinosaurs! We happily got fed and enjoyed the easy cafe feel to it.

For a taste of the Mediterranean without leaving the West Country look no further than Exeterâs The Conservatory. With huge windows obscured by white blinds, tall exotic plants and Swedish-meets-French countryside painted furniture you almost feel it woul
We were excited to have reservations at The Conservatory after recommendations by friends. They raved about their meals and the care taken with the preparation and friendly wait staff. We agree. The food was delicious, locally sourced as much as possible, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. What our friends perhaps didn't experience but we did was the annoyingly extraordinarily slow service. More than two hours for two friends to have a two course meal. Either the kitchen needs significantly more help or the front of the restaurant does. Go for the food. Plan for a long wait between courses.

City centre cellar wine bar and restaurant with gardens
7 of us ate here on a Saturday night having struggled to make a table booking elsewhere. We were offered the table for 6.30 as they were fully booked that evening but we then had the table until 9pm, we weren't asked to vacate it. The menu offered a number of choices, with fish much in evidence. We all decided on mains and desserts, and the waitress explained that as all the dishes were freshly cooked we could make changes to the dishes, and there may be a short wait whilst they were prepared. Everything came as ordered and was of a good quality. The wine was sensibly priced. The 2 waitresses who served us were friendly and helpful, dealing with requests competently and cheerfully.Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money.

Independent restaurant and nightspot featuring live music and some seriously good drinks. Our formula is simple; unpretentious friendly service and a seasonal offering utilising the world-class produce from the green rolling hills and stunning coastline o
Managed to bag a table at the last minute and well pleased to have done so - turned out some cuts are half price on Wednesdays, so we treated ourselves to the chateaubriand. Served on a board with salad leaves and huge chunky chips. Tender, tasty without any sauces, and well presented. We enjoyed the warm bread and olives while we waited, and found room to squeeze in desserts and coffee afterwards. Service was friendly and relaxed, we felt neither rushed nor neglected. All in all, good food enjoyed in a pleasant atmosphere.
