Went to visit this restaurant in Crawley with my parents and unfortunately, my experience could not have been worse. The place was nearly empty but still service was awful. We had go to looking for the waiter/waitress just to get the menus for the place. After waiting some more, we finally got our order taken.Since this is a "Spanish tapas" place, we decided to go with multiple small starters, both hot and cold. Most of the dishes were ok, nothing that stands out particularly, but then we got to the Spanish croquetas... First batch of two portions comes in and they are literally frozen on the inside, we tried the other one just to see that it wasn't an odd mistake, but all well frozen. We called the waiter, told him about this and kindly requested to get them replace. After a short while, they brought another couple of croquetas portions... And again all frozen inside... Mind you, this is now 4 different dishes that were delivered and not cooked properly. The restaurant didn't even check the replacement order to see if it was fine after the issue was highlighted. After this we decided to cut out losses and cancel the order. No real apology from the restaurant, no effort to make things right... Just awful service and food. No respectable did establishment will deliver twice a poorly cooked dish, not to mention the fact that probably all their food options are frozen based. This is certainly not a good representation of what a Spanish restaurant is, the are certainly far better options even in Crawley if you crave this type of food, otherwise Haywards Heath or Guildford are good alternatives for Spanish tapas. Can't stress this enough, avoid this place and save yourself a bad experience that might tarnish you opinion on Spanish food.Dear pipebk. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We aim to deliver top quality food and service. We have spoken to front of house and kitchen staff and hopefully we can offer you only the best food and service should you wish to return. We would be delighted to welcome you back so you can give us another chance . Hispalis management

A spacious and vibrant setting for breakfast, lunch and evening buffet or international a la carte dishes.Hilton Breakfast is served in the light and vibrant Garden Restaurant from 6am-10.30am. Come back in the evening for the buffet (6pm Monday â Friday,
Given that this restaurant mainly services people in-transit within the airport, which I'm sure is a huge challenge in itself, my wife and I were treated warmly yet professionally by all the staff. This isn't your typical sit-down restaurant, but more buffet style. That is really nice after a hard day traveling to just go to the buffet, and pick what your'e in the mood for. Included with the buffet is an excellent salad bar, which is really fresh and offers all your favorites.

We stopped off here for a quick bite, having arrived at the hotel just a few minutes before. Food was freshly cooked and well presented. Waitress was lovely. Very friendly. Took a while to pay - because she was attending to a lady who had fallen nearby - we didn't mind!

Whilst price is never the best measure for a restaurant quality, this visit was a bit disappointing. There was nothing specific that you could point at but service a bit hit and miss throughout the meal. The quail was slightly overcooked and dry, smoked duck starter a bit bland although the crab and prawn starter very good. Two courses for £29.95 per head is a bit steep especially as many dishes had price supplements. Wines by the glass also on the expensive side. Nothing really memorable about dining here

Wandered in looking for somewhere for lunch. Still suffering from jetlag after having just arrived from Australia and so really looking for some good food and somewhere to sit and relax. Andrew immediately made us feel welcome took time out to provided directions to assist us with some banking issues. So when we returned having solved those problems we sat down to an enjoyable lunch in a convivial environment with positive and friendly service. The menu is adaptive and capable of dealing with gluten intolerance and whilst not an excessive amount of choices there is enough variety to choose from to ensure that you will enjoy a positive dining experience at a reasonable price. I found the friendliness and the positive service along with the good food a sufficient inducement to bring me back again. Iâm sure if you to visit Wildwood Crawley you to will have an enjoyable dining experience. Thank you Andrew for bring that personal touch, much appreciated.

We had the usual very pleasant evening here, the staff are the best, friendly, helpful, look like they enjoy working there. I think that you need to choose what to eat quite carefully as I didn't enjoy the burger as much as other dishes I've had previously. Having said that, one of our party did enjoy the burger more than at other restaurants. Also the meat in the stew was a little tough.I only noticed this time that there is a service charge which I don't like. We tipped the staff on top of this as I don't think they would get a tip otherwise, but I could be wrong. In short, I would say to the owner, don't lose your staff as they make this place special in my opinion, and think about using better ingredients as this may stop us coming back eventually.

100% Vegan Cafe on Crawley High Street. The majority of our menu is also gluten free or has gluten free options! :)
I visited Sage last night for the first time and was delighted to find such an excellent restaurant, with a varied menu and where you don't feel that you are being ripped off. The service was very good, the food was of a very high quality and the place was spotless. We just felt so welcome and would love to encourage people to support this establishment, even though I am not a vegan/vegetarian.
