Le canal is a great brasserie in the middle of suburban evry. Food is traditional french although the owners are Portuguese. They have home made Foie Gras, paté etcThe owner himself came to our table and recomended us some dishes, after dinner he offered to drive us personally to the hotel since there were any more taxis in Evry.Totally recomendable, every hotel in Evry will send you there. Worth a visit if you are nearby.

I visit "les terrasses" every time I am in Evry. First time I got there by chance. It was the first place I met and could have a coffee but it turned out, luck was on my side. I had a cappuccino and I can say that it was one of the best I had ever had. The personnel was very polite despite the fact that I can speak no french. I didn't have lunch or dinner but looking at the menu, I realised it had many good choices and very good prices. The location is very good, close to the red station and just a step from Evry 2- the mall. It's a very good place to stop and have a (great) coffee!

We had dinner for 6 on a quiet monday evening.Service was very good. Menu's in english are available.good selection of wines, but a tad on the expensive side.Stick to the house wines if you want to limit the final bill. All our steaks were cooked to perfection, and a fine evening was had by all.As an indication we averaged 75 Euro per head including wine.

The restaurant is open, clean, attractive, and has maritime theme. The service is good and friendly. There is a good selection of seafood on the menu. The oysters were delicious. The muscles were very fresh and perfectly cooked - the cream based broth was good. The cream brûlée was yummy. The prices are in the mid-range.

If you don't know what is behind the gable, you may take it for that of just another brasserie. If you have good reflexes, parking is not bad at all. The dining room is decorated in a restrained, but tasteful manner. As the dining room is on a hill, there are some nice visual jokes beyond the windows.Staff is friendly, helpful and forthcoming. They added to our pleasure. The meal was accompanied by two very nice selections of amuses. Our dishes were well presented and above all very well cooked with fresh ingredients and creativity. Tastes were well balanced. There was no salt overdose and my dietary restrictions were taken in stride and without fuss. I was especially impressed by a delightful fruit salad made on the spur of the moment when I couldn't find a suitable dessert. The wine card is was a delight. We easily found an affordable bottle that provided a wonderful marriage. This is not a cheap eatery, but it is worth what it charges. Michelin rates this restaurant with two sets of cutlery. I rate it on the same level as a nearby restaurant we frequent with a Michelin macaron. Go there before Michelin discovers it at last.

Small restaurant in a small village...but what an incredible place! Tables are large and elegants, chairs are comfy, enough room not to feel oppressed (like inside of the most restaurants in Paris), service is attentive but discreet, and the food is just amazing (clasical French cooking). Really nothing to complain about, congratulations!

This little restaurant, situated quite near to the A6 autoroute serves really excellent food. Typical French cuisine, finely prepared. The menu prices range from 24 euros to 40 euros, so excellent value for money. The service is rapid and the staff members are pleasant and helpful. An excellent choice for a business lunch or for a dinner with friends or family.
