We were in the region for a week of French Language Immersion and our professeuse took us to Le Bouzeron two times for lunch. Both experiences were excellent - food, services, ambiance. Bouzeron is a new wine appellation in Burgundy, so the wines are interesting (Chardonnay and Aligote). But this kitchen is exceptional - more than I expected in such a small town.Highly recommend.

One simple room with lots of pink made for a warm atmosphere with friendly service.Several tasting menus were offered. We chose the least expensive and were well rewarded with snails to start and an excellent main course of pork slowed braised on a skewer with a rich red wine reduction sauce (the wine from the heavy remnants at the bottom of a barrel along with a hint of mustard) Uniquely sumptuous! The crème brulee was, perhaps, the best we have ever had!Dinner with a glass of white wine and a bottle of red, 83 euros.

A lovely experience! A well-run, welcoming restaurant with outstanding food, great wines (try the Maranges!), and friendly, efficient service. We had the frog-legs, in the traditional way but with maize flower, rendering them even more "croustillantes".. Then we went for the Chef's recommendation if going "à la carte": "Filet de boeuf Charolais à la sauce aux morilles"..; with fries fried in "graisse de boeuf"...Divine. Deserts are not for the faint of heart either: an extraordinary choice, one looking more tempting than the other! A truly nice place, to which we will certainly return (going then probably for one of the fabulous-looking menus). Merci, Florence et Fabrice Dubois!

There is nothing more serious to us that your enjoyment! A kitchen with finesse, homemade, with good fresh produce, where the Burgundian kitchen alongside the current creativity. A wine list prepared with passion. A warm atmosphere.
This was our second visit to Le Terroir and we once again found the welcome, space & décor, and the food & wine to be excellent. There were mostly local business people in the dining room while we were enjoying lunch. It appears to be a well regarded and frequently visited establishment, and has been there since 1989. If you are in the area, I highly recommend a stop for lunch or dinner.

This restaurant was recommended by a local hotelier and we're so glad we went! Food was excellent, we were genuinely impressed with the flavours, quality and presentation of every dish we tried. The wine list has a great choice. Don't be put off that this restaurant as part of a hotel. Please note they don't take dogs inside the restaurant, but we had a table outside and they kindly gave us blankets when it got a bit chillier, plus a dog bowl - which was very considerate.

We've been here three times now, both as a couple and with friends. Le Petit Blanc is decorated in traditional bistro style with checked tablecloths, great service and family feel as the restaurant is not large and impersonal. The food is traditional Burgundian with oeufs meurette cooked in both red ad white wine, which my husband loved. Worth a try.

What a surprise - one of our best evening meals that we have had while in France. Very stylish venue on the riverside, friendly and professional staff. Meals of very good quality, with nice delicate tastes from the fresh food. Well worth a visit if you are in town.

Beautiful and tranquil environment. Very nice food and well-composed menu. Large choice of wines, but we had to remind the waiter about our wine choice and did not get it until one of us had already finished the main course.Suitable for calm children. In summer, there is space outside for children to play.

It really is a beautiful restaurant, with vaulted ceilings and a very mediaeval feel. The welcome was very warm. The food was disappointing though, apart from the supreme de volatile which was stunningly good. Service was friendly but no one spotted that we were waiting ages for each course, perhaps because there was a large party in the room upstairs
