Kalma Restaurant is a formal dining room in the Marriott Auditorium Madrid Hotel, about a ten-minute drive from Madrid Airport.Fine dining with impeccable service. Both classic and modern dishes are on the menu. Decadent desserts. A good selection of wines and cocktails.Have had dinner there several times when spending the night at the hotel, before a flight back to the US.Wonderful pasta dishes with a choice from four different sauces have been my favorites, but there is a full menu with meat, fish, fowl, pork, salads, great soups and gazpacho, side dishes, appetizers. This past June had an exquisite rice pudding cream, similar to custard pudding. A few months ago, chose grilled fresh pineapple with coconut sorbet. So good. The menu changes every 3-4 months.A great restaurant in a wonderful hotel.

La nuestra es una cocina tradicional, con excelente producto de mercado, a la que le añadimos un toque de modernidad.
We spent our last night in Madrid at the airport Hilton and found this little gem through a recommendation. Great place! Wonderful food, very very local. Husband had a delicious steak and I had a seafood dish. Whole experience was great, and the waiter was superb, making excellent suggestions. Highly recommend.

Savor fine dining at the Hilton Madrid Airport hotel's stylish Reserva Grill Restaurant, elegant and sophisticated enough for your most important dinner. True to its name, the Reserva Grill specializes in grilled meat and seafood, prepared in a style that
The room was comfortable, the staff friendly, and location to the airport convenient. What more can you ask for when traveling. The bed was very comfortable as well. There were a few cosmetic items in the room, but not worth going into detail. There was also a small area in the lobby where children can run around.

I had a fantastic dinner here yesterday. I had the "black pudding" type of starter which was delicious. Then a paella, which was excellent too. My dessert was a perfectly cooked chocolate fondant. The food was fresh and really tasty and the service was excellent. For 30⬠a head with a nice bottle of Rioja, I can only recommend.

Very friendly waiters and excellent food. Some nice touches, menus presented in envelopes, even given an English version without asking. Duck was cooked to perfection. The complimentary limoncello was a good end to a very pleasant evening. Pretty reasonable cost for the quality of the meal.

Good tapas, friendly service (English menu, Spanish server). Small place both inside and out. Good air conditioning. The desserts were our favourite here, especially the lemon pie served in a jar then torched by the server at the table. It was delicious!

I was eager to try this restaurant after friends had recently dined there and told me about their enjoyable experience, so when my family came to visit it seemed like the perfect opportunity. We started off sharing a selection of dishes, which included the tartar of avocado, salmon and tuna with delicately fried banana crisps and the 'croquetas' offered in the flavours of ham, red shrimp and parmesan cheese with black truffle, all completely deliciously dangerous due to the fact they are so incredibly Moorish. This restaurant is known for its amazing rice dishes so of course we were ready to put them to the test, after taking our time perusing the extensive choices on the menu, we decided on rice with squid and red prawns and the black truffle risotto. Both dishes completely lived up to our expectations and were packed full of flavour. Friendly warning, they really don't scrimp on portion sizes! For dessert we choose the variety option and it was a perfect choice, it included, homemade brownies, ice cream, crème caramel, toasted pineapple and poached pear, all washed down with a dessert wine. The restaurant has an impressive wine list and we were happily guided by the manager for recommendations to drink with our different dishes, all of which complemented one another perfectly,Excellent presentation of food, amazing flavours and run by very professional, attentive staff made for a superb lunch. Will definitely be returning soon.
