We were a large group eating supper at the weekend and had a wonderful time . The food was excellent and we had friendly, charming, efficient staff . Our only small issue was that the back room we sat in got very hot , as it was very full . Other than that, they catered for our vegetarian guests well ( although these days, I would expect more vegetarian food on the main menu ) and we all thought the food absolutely delicious . The most popular dishes were a wonderful cheese souffle to start ,fresh truffled pasta and fantastic Italian doughnuts for dessert . Hope to return soon .Dear KentKritic,Thank you for your lovely review. It's great to read that you and your vegetarian guests had an excellent meal with us and take on board your comments about the temperature of the room and extending the choices for vegetarian diners (we always endeavour to offer off menu choices catering to dietary requirements). Many thanks once again... your kind words really are appreciated by the whole team.Best regardsJames D

My fiance and I have been visiting Da Luca since the restaurant opened and we have never been disappointed! The food is delicious, wines have been carefully chosen and the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff are friendly and attentive, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Really recommend the pizzas, they are FANTASTIC! Luca has set up a wonderful business. The fact the restaurant is one of the best in Marlow and is nominated for an award says it all! Go go go!

The Bull is an atmospheric restaurant in a wonderful old building. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive and it was good value for money. The desert trolley was temptation on wheels! A great experience.

This place is a gem! There was a warm welcome and a comfortable seat in the slightly squashed dining room. A beautiful creamy risotto to start with just a hint of chalkiness. Then a celeriac veloutee amuse bouche - aromatic and smooth. The beef I had was cooked just right, flavoursome and reasonably tender - much better than the menu price would suggest. A trio of elegant deserts finished off a fine meal, especially considering the modest bill - rightly inflated with a top for the impeccable service. 5 stars from me!

The Cliveden Dining Room was originally the Drawing Room of the house and is a stunning south-facing spacious room which radiates with sunlight and looks out over the nineteenth-century Parterre, the gardens and River Thames. Its classical elegance and fi
The hotel lounge was lovely along with the grounds, the service was excellent and they were all very attentive. It was my birthday yet they didnât know until we arrived, we had a really nice Sunday lunch with perfect roast beef the only complaint was the roast potatoes were very dry. They brought me out a surprise dessert, which was very sweet. Will definitely will be returning.Dear LondonVossyThank you for the amazing review of our Sunday Lunch and delighted that we were able to acknowledge and make your birthday even more special; I note your feedback on the potatoes and I will address with my team; thank you for bringing this to my attention. We have eaten in this lovely country pub and restaurant a few times now and have never been disappointed. The service is friendly and efficient, the decor is just lovely and the food is delicious. We had a table outside this time and what I love is that those tables were dressed just as nicely as the ones inside. There is a good attention to detail and standards that seems to remain across the years. We will be back! Thanks for your kind review Jane, we love offering people an experience beyond their expectations so we can keep seeing the same smiling faces returning time and time again. Our Summer service in the garden is quite special, but if you are looking to see something exceptional, you should see us at Christmas! The Bel & the Dragon team.
