The restaurant is really good. First and foremost Chef Cuomo is a wonderful, wonderful cook. I had two meals at the restaurant, one for business and one for pleasure. Everything was unfailingly delightful at each. Being in Amalfi, I stayed with seafood. It was perfection I note for the review two dishes: the raw seafood served on a pink salt platter and the squid served thinly sliced and flash fired. Wow! The service is outstanding as well. I can't recall waiting for anything- ever. The Maitre d'hôtel did a wonderful job with my regional wine pairings. I could go on and on... One star is not enough!

Stopped in during our week-long stay in Minori after reading all the great reviews.The restaurant itself is beautiful. Both indoor and covered outdoor seating. Service was generally inattentive (even by Italian waiter standards). Food was good, but not any better than other local restaurants and pricier. The pasta and seafood was plentiful and delicious. The wine was good and reasonably priced. Service by the family members was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere inside was much like a country kitchen with lots of historical photos displayed.

Visited this restaurant based upon Trip Advisor ranking. In short food Ok Tuna with scabs (crust) was tasty. However what let the place down was the service having just finished my food the plate was whisked away whilst my wife was still eating. My wife advised the waiter that this was bad manners, so he sulked and we did not see him again. We asked for the bill, the locals were offered a free glass of grappa we recd nothing only the bill and a grunt from the disgruntled waiter. Won't be going back.

We looked Sole Ristorante up on Trip Advisor having decided to have a good quality pizza. Ristorante Sole met our requirements perfectly - we both had very good pizzas. The only quibble is that every other restaurant in Maiori offers either a complimentary bruschetta or limoncello. There was nothing complimentary at Sole however, the service was friendly and we had a pleasant meal there.

We had dinner first in this place - good impression. Good view, good food, polite waiter. Food quite good, nothing special but very very good. Second time we had lunch here - same experience, and this is a good sign in my opinion - stability and same good result every time. A place to visit!Thanks for your message! All the other reviews highlighting exceptional quality, service, value and graciousness are spot on. The location is great, just up from Vietri Su Mar with a parking lot across the street and near the Autostrada. Enzo, who is one of the owners, suggested a perfect lunch menu for us along with a wine pairing, all for around 60 euros. He even had everything plated separately so we could share each dish. This was by far one of the best meals we have ever had in our four trips to Italy, and definitely the culinary highlight of this trip. If you go, you will absolutely not be disappointed.

Whilst an amazing review, watch out fore the "bait and switch". They ask if you would like to chose 3 starters to share and then they bombard you with 7 starters that we couldn't eat but obviously were charged for. Main courses were then surplus to requirements....which wasn't a real problem as the seabass was over cooked and tasteless. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. We stayed at the hotel and managed to get a table for the same night (calling 30min in advance) even though the place was almost full. The service, food and recommended wines were amazing! Especially the octopus was absolutely perfect!
