Walked to this place in town after a cool and rainy visit to the Rock of Cashel. Perhaps we approached it from the wrong direction but we walked through a gate and long courtyard to reach the place. If it had been a nice day we would have sat outside in their lovely patio area. As it was we went in. Our server was very nice and helpful. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Food and drinks were really good. I can highly recommend it.Dear Chip1701,There is access through both the front and the side of the Pub, the garden is very busy in the summer and warmer spring and autumn months. Great to hear you had a good experience and thank you so much fir recommending us, we really appreciate the comments.

Visited Cashel on Friday. Asked in the tourist information for a nearby chipper as we had over an hour to wait for a bus. She told me Morelli's had the nicest chips. We took her recommendation and weren't disspointed. I had a chicken burger and chips. The burger was really tasty as were the chips. It wasn't a huge portion of chips but there was enough. They were fresh cut homemade and were lovely. My partner had the rib burger and chips. He said it was one of the nicest he has ever had. My son had a quarter pounder and chips. Another family member had the beef burger and chips aswell. We all enjoyed the meal. It was very nice and the price very reasonable. Nice restaurant with a takeaway next door. Free wifi just ask the waitress for the password.

We stopped in for a bite after touring The Rock and heading to Dingle. OMG, my grilled cod over crab risotto was DIVINE, and mister loved his fish and chips with homemade tartar sauce. Tom the bartender was very helpful with our Dingle plans (we really liked Dickâs whiskey bar - thanks Tom!) The place has a comfy vibe.

We were looking for somewhere to have and early dinner and took a random chance on this restaurant and it was quite enjoyable and the food great! The table seating area is small and tight but the atmosphere charming. The staff are friendly and attentive. The menu isn't large but the food was delicious and plentiful. The only negative comment I have is that when we first arrived here we selected a table close to the kitchen, but quickly moved to one on the opposite side of the restaurant, because of the smell of cigarette smoke wafting from the kitchen area...for me this would have been a deal breaker to eat here if there weren't other table options available.

I camped under Cashel Castle for a night at O'Briens Holiday Lodge (recommended). That night was cold, damp and windy. In the morning I needed something warm and filling to get me started for a days walking/hiking. I headed through Cashel, and evetually came across Ladyswell Restuarant on the eastern side of town. Safe to say that the full Irish breakfast hit the spot. It was just the right amount food, not to much and not to little. The staff were very friendly, and took the time to chat even though the restuarant was jam packed. If you are in Cashel and hungry, they will feed you well. Safe travels, R

Small dining room, tiny bar stand make this cafe a very cozy place. No need to say that it was packed. Three waiters did great job serving quickly in a friendly manner. Chestnut soup, Caesar salad, lobster, cod - all was deliciously cooked and presented.

Located in A 19th century church beside the legendary Rock of Cashel, Chez Hans Has been serving the very best of local and seasonal produce in one of the most atmospheric dinning rooms in Ireland since 1968.
Chez Hans is always special. The quality of the food, excellent service and the ambience are second to none. My husband celebrated a special birthday so we went as a family to celebrate the occasion. The crisp caesar salad starter was delicious! Our daughter exclaimed it to be "ten ties better than' one she had in a prestigious place in Adare recently. Most of us choose either the salmon or hake as a main course, both were tasty fresh and perfectly cooked. There was a choice of good quality desserts, tea/coffee and homemade truffles which finished off a beautiful and memorable evening.
