Arrived at 8.00pm to a full place and even people outside, thankfully we had booked. Waited quite a while before anyone came over but we ordered a bottle of wine for 18 euros from Var which was lovely. Service was a bit slow to place the order but we got the drinks after about 15 minutes so were content. The food didnt take that long and it was delicious, basic but tasty. Beef kebab salad and chips and duck breast with the same, both cooked medium to perfection. Best home made chips we've had in an age. Finished with creme brulee. 64 euros which was well priced. They don't speak much English but we got buy with our basic french and Google to translate some items on the menu.

Hidden away from the main local attractions is this fabulous Italian eatery. Put it in your gps before you go or ask anyone in Peymenade (next to Montauroux and before Grasse) because the place is famous but hard to find. Itâs always packed with locals, so make sure you have some extra time for a âaperitifâ whilst waiting or make a reservation..The father is behind the ovens, the mother runs the place and the charming daughter was helping out during the summer break at the university. Order whatever is on the menu and add this, remove that and some more of the other thing : all fine with them !We tried pasta, pizza and salads, all fresh, homemade and delicious. Itâs more a bistro than a fancy restaurant. You go for the food and service, not the location. They love kids and come up with whatever they like that day (or remove what they donât like). After the delicious meal you are presented with a surprisingly tiny bill. Besides the restaurant, there is not much to be found around there, but the food and hospitality by themselves are worth the detour.

Beautiful place with panoramic views of the sea and in the heart of town, the new Café Union team awaits with pleasure, every day except Monday.
Although disappointed not to get a terrace table we were very satisfied with everything else. Service very efficient, accommodating and friendly. Food ranged from satisfying (salads) to very enjoyable (burger, entrecote and salmon). Desserts were fantastic. Altogether a pleasant dining experience.

Have been here for 14 years mainly for family lunches, this is one of our absolute favourites in the area. Excellent service, good and intersting mediterranean menu which bring out all the flavours, leaving no one disappointed. Nice to see that the quality is consistently high. On the negative side, prices for wine and drink have risen sharply and some items are now at ridiculous levels, which keeps us from rating the venue full points.

We were recommended this restaurant by the managers of our holiday accommodation. Trip advisor confusingly takes you to the back of the restaurant in the old town when it actually opens up into the main green of the town. (Probably postal address...)The set up looks great and we sat outside on the terrace. The staff were friendly and attentive. The menu has some traditional French food but also some modern twists. We shared a fresh vegetable and hummus starter which was lovely and I had a lamb tagine which was superb. Others had fish and steak. All enjoyed it.This was one of the best meals of the holiday so far, lovely location and great service.Highly recommended.

Booked on a Sunday night - 12 people. They had live Latin music on the outside terrace. Accommodated very well - friendly welcome and service. Food was terrific - fresh and tasty. And good portion sizes. Washed down with excellant local wines.

We picked this venue for lunch based on reviews only and weren't disappointed. We shared a vegetarian tapas for two which comprised of great local cheeses, four different tapenades, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and confitures. It was a deceptively large amount of food and we enjoyed it enough to leave with an additional slice of one of the local cheeses. Great for watching the world go by, very reasonably priced too. Looking forward to another visit.

Le Mini-grill is a great find of a restaurant for mussles-lovers! Indeed, their menu includes more than 20 different receipes of mussels, and they come in all tastes. Beyond mussels, they also serve other Foods. Great for lunch and dinners. Fast and efficient service - and it comes with a smile! Service personnell speak both English and French - very friendly. The few outdoor tables they have are very Nice, indoor it can become a little crammed, particularly on hot days. Do make an advance reservation; they do not have very many tables. Prices are very reasonable, and we keep coming back to this restaurant.

Came here to celebrate âmayâ birthdays in the family. Found this restaurant on Groupon and it was a great discovery. From start to finish, the food was delicious and the plates were really nicely presented! You should know that desserts are quite big so make sure you save room or think about sharing! Can only upload 10 photos but I took 20! There was a wide choice of dishes. Service was impeccable too :) we had a great time!

Traveler's Choice 2018. Come discover Cuisine steeped in the flavors of Provence and the Mediterranean made with fresh products from the morning market. A very attentive service. In the enchanting village of Cabris, 4 kms from Grasse and 20 minutes from C
A perfect meal in perfect surroundings. At â¬34 for the 3 course lunch this is astounding value. We were shown to a fabulous table next to the window and overlooking the valley. We both chose the bouillabaisse which was a perfect rendition of the dish with enormous pieces of fish. The dessert was a masterpiece â a fruit soufflé on praline biscuit base, in the shape of a pear. Surprised there were no local white wines by the glass so we chose a bottle of Figuiere, expensive but worth it for a special meal. We enjoyed coffees outside on the terrace and watched people admiring the view over the valley. There were freebies galore too, from amuse-bouche at the start through to crème caramel with the coffees. Perfect service from an ever changing cast of waiters and waitresses.
