Food ok but nothing exceptional. Service was lacking and there were times the service staff obviously didnât communicate with each other as things either never came to the table (drinks requested) or came out wrong. Pizza base was stodgy and chewy rather than crisp. Some of the starters were lovely, including the specials, mains were lacking though.

We were walking past Underwood and decided to pop-in for dinner. We had a table by the window and Monika, our server, was terrific. Actually, all the service staff were terrific. We had their butternut soup and chicken dinner and both were amazing. We visit nearly every Friday and last week was our 1st experience of Harlees. We had some new staff but the old originals were still there and asked everyone for their patience. The usually âto the brimâ large portion of chips was quickly topped up when highlighted.This week all the old staff had suddenly disappeared. As a previous commenter mentioned 2 of the previous lads would not know customers service if it slapped them in the face, the rest will be missed and our best to them if not coming back.Over 30 mins to get our fish and chips, the half portion of chips would seem to be the norm and a big disappointment.In their defence though the fish and chips were just as good.Need to improve the service and please make the large bag LARGE

Excellent roast dinner. I had the beef, beautifully cooked. Great roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and veg. Staff are exceptional. Really enjoyed the whole experience. I don't live locally, but will definitely visit again the next time I am in the area.

Once again a super collection of tasty dishes. Rabbit with capers, aubergine with honey, goat cheese, Padron peppers, salt cod fritters, a glass of house red, a decent draught lager and vanilla ice cream with sherry. Brilliant, fun and will be back ASAP. Thank you.

Simple, home made (not just home cooked) food. Good wine, decently priced. Excellent espresso coffee. Reasonably priced. Wonderful views over the Avon river, with more or less guaranteed kingfisher spotting. We had lasagne, spaghetti pomodoro, tiramisu. Simple, not too much, delicious. We will keep coming when weâve time passing through.

Situated in the centre of the picturesque town of Bradford on Avon,by the bridge and with public parking close bye. We took our teenage grand daughter for a special birthday meal. This is the first time we have visited since there was new owners some couple of years ago. To be honest there is nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Welcoming, attentive service,lovely atmosphere and a varied menu.. We had booked a table for 6.30 and were surprised how many tables had already been taken up. Nevertheless our food was served hot without delay and we felt the whole experience was most enjoyable. We felt the meal was good value for the quality we had.. Good selection of wine also. The only regret was that we did not have enough room for a dessert !! Thoroughly recommended and we will return.
