Always walked by this place, until now. What a great place to eat. The restaurant is part of a hotel with an attached bar. The restaurant look out on the Main Street in Bitburg. The menu has traditional German favorites with seasonal specials. The service and food was excellent. We found out they are open for Sunday breakfast and we made a reservation right then. Will definitely visit for dinner again.
My husband and I had been there serval times! Friendly staff there. We asked Chef Emanuel made something special for us, which came very delicious and full of taste main course! He cooked the steak with sous-vide method, it makes the steak stay soft and juicy when you eat it, come with super crispy potato cake and nutty mushroom rice! Salad on side! The food I do really like there is, chef didn't over salted the food, which it is always happen in Germany! We both were so silence during eating because we both enjoyed every bite, no time for talking! ;-) Totally we paid around â¬58 or less for 2 main courses, 4 Beers, 2 expressos.

We eat here once every few months, and we have never had an unpleasant experience. The service is good and quite friendly, and the food is always very good. I particularly recommend any of the pizzas, which are thin crust and delicious. The atmosphere is not great, as it is a long, skinny restaurant, so we are frequently seated near the rear, far from a window, but it is still a cozy place for a tasty meal.

On a sunny evening the beer garden is a great place to relax and enjoy friends and family company. Food reasonable, drink plenty and polite staff. There are better place for the vista, but reasonable price.

This was the second time I have visited this bar & restaurant in 2 weeks, this time I had food here. The service was very prompt and the food was great, I had the goulash to start followed by the steak, both were full of flavour and of a high quality. My colleague said it was the best meal he'd had for a long time! The bar was very welcoming with friendly staff and this year is their 50th anniversary so that speaks for itself! Will definitely return when I'm back in this part of Germany!

It was our first visit, coming from Belgium, to the small City of Bitburg in beautiful German Eifel Region during a sunny week end trip. We literally bumped into this restaurant, located in the centre of the City. As we had planned to spend the night in a hotel just nearby, we were tempted by the large selection of the menu visible at the entrance and decided to open the door of the restaurant and walked in.We were immediately struck by signs of both German "gemütlichkeit" (Wirtshaus) and Italian "accoglienza". The meal, typically and genuinely Italian, was of excellent quality. It was an unexpected, very positive experience. We warmly recommend this restaurant.

A great place off the Prüm river and near a campground. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Recommend the Foresster Plate for some great schnitzel.

Taken by friends here. We were amazed at this very efficient tour. It was all in German, our friends helped with the translation, conducted by a very sprightly 76 year old who told us that he worked for the brewery for 50 years. Sampled the wonderful Bitburger beer, my husband is now trying to get this out in his local! Good gift shop with sensibly priced gifts.

After several trips to Louis Mueller during the past two years, it is obviously a place that keeps me coming back. Of course, the house beer is Bitburger, which is pretty hard to beat. The menu is interesting with typical German fare, but very well prepared. The service is very good, but it can be a little slow if you are there during dinner hours. Whenever I'm in Bitburg, this is one of my "go to" places.

We've been there on a very busy Saturday evening.Nevertheless they did a good job. Served a delicious and huge plate with an unbeatable amount of meat with overall well prepared dishes. The owner took care everyone get served as soon as possible and that there were not to long idle time while waiting on the next plate to serve.
