When reading the positive reviews from tripadvisor partners, maybe I may have created a higher expectation than I should have, which has generated some frustration. The place is nice, very well decorated and cozy. In fact the owner is present and visits all the tables and the service of the staff is very helpful. However, I expected more from the food ... in my case the meat spot came wrong (had ordered medium and came well done) and very dry; and the egg pouch came with the cooked egg instead of raw. Another thing is that they have a good wine list, but the wine cellar doesn't have a climatized environment.

Specialized In Fondue, Raclette And Cold Tables. Cozy And Romantic Atmosphere. Dishes With Quality Ingredients. Germany
The wine options had Lidio Carraro, very good selection and very good winery. I had the all you can eat option and the meat sauces from the meat fondue were very good, specially the chimichurri and the one with herbs. The fondue was really good, very good taste. The bread was kind of hard but still was good. To close with dinner the chocolate fondue was amazing, very good flavor and the fruits were very fresh. I was on Uber and the Chef offered me a ride to my hotel. That is what i call Service!Mr. Rodrigo, thanks for the rating.we do everything with great quality, the day we came we were filming a tour agency requested, and for 15 minutes our environment was transformed, we appreciate the understanding.our menu is always with products of extreme quality and giving opportunity to local producers.we hope your business at the fair was prosperous and come back soon.regards

This restaurant has a very restricted menu for non-meat eaters and they do not understand very easy the idea of having meat free plates .If you maybe seat down and explain they will be able to cook you something, but there are other options that will accommodate your vegetarian needs easily. The environment it's interesting in a old house with a hype decoration, still not worth the trouble if you are dinning alone

O restaurante funciona dentro de um contêiner, mas é super estiloso. Já havia almoçado no dia, então experimentei apenas o pastel de nata. Muito saboroso e com bom preço.

Very poor lighting & super slow service. We were constantly using our IPhones to see the food/menu--so were other tables. Noisy children running around didn't help. Wine menus are old, tired pieces of paper. We spent time picking a wine & then, they didn't have it. My wife's fish was dry & tasteless. It's a wonder they stay in business.
