We just stopped by yesterday night at the Corner House in Ozankoy and the place will actually open officially tonight (15.04.17).New menu simple and friendly: pizzas and salads and burgers! We tried everything and everything was good...Nigel is the manager: a young man full of energy and positive about life!Surely a place where to go once you are tired of the usual Cypriot cousine (and if you live here sometime you have enough of Meze and Kebabs) hopefully they will do OK as this restaurant is changing so often hand that you loose track!

Restaurant/bar serving fresh homemade english food including old favourites, Liver Bacon and Onions, Fish Chips and Mushy Peas. Daily Specials available. Every Sunday Traditional Sunday Roast Live sports all shown and music/karaoke
So we walked in this establishment having been recommended to visit. The place was empty and it quickly became apparent why.The landlord decided to tell his business plan which was to rely on locals who weren't turning up and that he was not interested in tourists ..... we were the inconvenience. He was definitely not the host with the most and created a miserable atmosphere. One drink and we were gone.Well good luck to you sir. If you continue with that attitude I fear that Whisjey Joe's will be no more.

We definitely cannot describe ourselves as a fine dining restaurant but we guarantee a welcoming and friendly service with fresh cooking and a relaxed atmosphere.
The night we chose the place was very quiet and we had very good service. Food was cooked very well and very tasty, the wine was well chilled. We would recommend

Food is fresh hot and delicious. It's so hard to chose of the menu because you want to try it all. It will be my first call when I return to kyrenia.

The Courtyard Inn is open all year round and offers air-conditioned rooms, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and the warmest of welcomes.
Went on a Monday night, Brian Delaney sings on Mondayâs and is always popular. There is also a set menu on mondays which is good value. We had chicken jalfrezze, chicken korma and chicken tikka masala, which were all tasty and well spiced, with plenty of rice, chips, chapattis, wine and beers. We were very well looked after and served an excellent meal. Would recommend!!

Cozy little village bar restaurant with lovely roof terrance offering quality food. Full menu, afternoon teas and tapas boards are available throughout the year.
Wife, daughter (13) and myself in for dinner, Friday evening. The bar/restaurant is on a smallish rooftop terrace with amazing mountain and sea views of the North Coast of Cyprus. We were greeted by Andy, one of the owners, and seated at a shaded table, which was nicely laid out. The menu was unusual insofar as no items mentioned chips; a rarity in these parts. The menu was explained, a nice touch, and recommendations were suggested. I was fascinated to try the green bean soup with tarragon, wife and daughter had Thai fish cakes. Soup? Wow! A very delicate himt of tarragon made this as good as any soup I have ever tasted. I know, it's only soup.... but the chef obviously tasted it at every stage to get the precise amount of flavour to make this dish stand out. Nice fresh bread too. 10/10.Wife and daughter raved about the flavour of the, beautifully presented, fish cakes. Not a bit was left. They award 10/10 and both wanted more, so I suppose we'll have to return!Main course; I had mushroom penne pasta. Beautifully flavoured and a good size portion with the right amount of mushrooms to pasta. It wasn't at all dry, perhaps a touch more cream sauce wouldn't go amiss? 8/10.Daughter had crispy wonton chicken, a first for her. Again, beautiful presentation, perfect portion and a request to return and have it again! 10/10.Wife had cod on a bed of rice with a Thai sauce. As above, absolutely nothing to fault in any way, apparently the cod was superb and very fresh (I don't eat fish, so passing on wife's review). 10/10.Desserts; choice of 3, so we had them all to share. The creme brulee with rum & raisin was boozy, but nice, 7/10, the peaches and particularly nice ice cream was just that; basic, but a nice finish to a meal 7/10. The other dessert was ice cream with a topping, nothing special, but nice to finish with. A higher mark is given for the quality of the ice cream, 6/10.Eavesdropping the table of 4 ladies adjacent, their experience mirrored ours, "thank God, no chips!!!", "wow, the food is amazing".There's a nice wine menu and bottled beers are very cold with a nice selection, as most places here only really serve Efes. Service was prompt, efficient and very friendly. Food arrived hot and on hot plates. After my comments to Andy (boss), he introduced me to the chef, who I had to thank personally for his serious skills and extremely high standards. An all over fine dining experience at sensible prices. A bit of background here, we have friends on the island who have taken us to very many restaurants, all very posh and with amazing reviews. We enjoyed them all immensely, but the food at The Stone Cavern, beats them all hands down. So, in summary, would we go back? Andy, we'll see you this Friday, 18:30. Many thanks. S, K & M.

A simple homely restaurant that serves great food. We had the moussaka which was very tasty and the mixed grill that was succulent. Probably some of the best of either that we have had anywhere. If you want fancy with a sunset view go elsewhere. If you want a family run restaurant with great food and great value this is your place.

Bellapais Gardens is a well known name for us who live in North Cyprus. The hotel namely has a restaurant often referred to as the very best when it comes to âfine diningâ on the island. One of the brothers, Selim, is head chef, and his food attracts visi
A step from the Abbey, with its teeming crowds of visitors - even on a Monday in October!, this hotel/ restaurant is slightly off the beaten track and takes advantage of the stunning views. The decor is quaintly old fashioned and peaceful after the crowds. We were given a warm welcome and seated immediately. The food was good- stand out was a dish of roasted figs with goats cheese stuffing although the sweetness of the dressing was a bit too much for my taste. A generous salad of halloumi was a perfect foil for the richness of the figs although the greenery was a bit tough. The lamb kebab was generous and well seasoned although very slightly chewey- no idea why it is necessary to serve it with rice, fried potatoes and pitta bread and boiled vegetables. A satisfying lunch and good value for money. Excellent service.
