I tried to call them three times to make reservation. Nobody did pick up the phone I was waiting for 15 minutes until i decided to hang up... so we decided to go early. When we arrived they told us we have called the wrong number (tripadvisor number) and they do not want guest from outside the hotel. In my opinion very snooby but they proposed that we could come tomorrow. Thanks but no thanks!!
Wonderful coffee and service with homemade cookies. 3 coffee and homemade coffees 750 rupees £15 ...will stay in our luxury leading small 5 star Hotel which is far cheaper. Disappointed.Hi Kelly, I am quite surprised by theses price as a coffee is Rs.100 and a capuccino at Rs.150. If you are still in Mauritius, we will be pleased to see you again and check again your bill.
Set beneath an amazing 138-year-old Banyan Tree at the back of The Heritage Nature Reserve Welcome Centre, Enba Pié is a little piece of haven to savor and enjoy a meal while connecting with nature. It brings together the local culture, food, history, fau
Hi, I was there with family we had book in advance. However the service was mediocre.. Home made beverages like ice tea or fresh juices where not available even though they are present on the menu, and the excuse was « I forgot to do this morning ». We had to ask for the basics like a napkin, salt, pepper or even chili, which is a shame for the latter as they had a Mauritian buffet. The kids dish came 20min after they had started eating. (They ate the adults menu). There also is a flying dodo sign at the bar but only phoenix beer was available. The place is nice, the staff smiles and I would have loved to give a positive feedback on the place, but being near so many luxury hotels one would have expected a slightly better service.I would try again if the service gets better.

Service at lunchtime was appalling. Some staff clearly didnât know what they were doing. Pizza was good. Shame it initially came in a takeaway box when we were sat at a table expecting plates & cutlery

Avoid this restaurant if possible, the food and selection was not the best. We also witnessed a baby getting it's nappy changed immediately in front of us at the breakfast table. Nobody pointed out to the mother that people were trying to eat at adjacent tables, totally unacceptable.

Annabella's is the main restaurant of the Heritage Le Telfair Golf and Wellness Resort. It offers a rich and varied range of Mauritian and international dishes. It boasts an extensive list of fine wines, especially French and South African, to accompany i
The Restaurant is the main one in the hotel with beautiful open and angelic white colonial setting with enchanting surrounding scenery. The breakfast takes place down there in addition to dinner. The food either breakfast or dinner does not stand to the level. It has been literary same breakfast with no change from day to day. Some of the food and bread are not fresh. It looks like re heated from previous day. Sausage which kids love is of bad quality. Dinner is very modest and limited compared with other restaurants in the neighborhood. The restaurant is worth one visit only either for breakfast or dinner if willing to try. It gets redundant pretty easy.

you discover what the sea has best to offer. To the rhythm of the omnipresent ocean, the Infinity Blue is the ideal place to have a break at noon and enjoy Mauritian delicacies and fresh products from the sea. Also give in to the temptation of a romantic
This restaurant is a real experience. Large selection of dishes, meat, fish, seafood and hamburger or pizza. Great meals can be enjoyed on the beach. Once a week, lobster evening is a must-see. You can also expect a great selection of excellent wines. Finally, don't forget to taste the dessert - rhum ba-ba.

What a wonderful restaurant in a fantastic setting.Surprisingly, we ate here twice for lunch and only on one of those occasions we shared the restaurant with anyone else, a couple that had stayed overnight. On the first occasion we popped by, while on a cycle ride with the kids, and they said they were open for lunch, so we stayed for a couple of "unhurried" hours. (I assume the Chateau was open for lunch while the C Beach Club was out of action though.) Regardless, after the most amazing Wagyu burger we planned our return! Disappointingly, on our return there was only enough of the Wagyu beef to create one burger. This led me to another gem, the steak sandwich. We had two great lunches here and the kids enjoyed playing around the lovely gardens while we kept an eye on them from our table on the veranda.Dear seanbilluk,On behalf of my team and myself , we thank you a lot for your reviews and fine description of the venue and services. Looking forward to welcome you again at Heritage Le Chateau.Best Regards

The Plantation Club is a restaurant serving modern Mauritian cuisine. The a la carte menu is the perfect meeting of European and Mauritian know-how working its magic on choice local fresh products. Nestled away in a tropical garden of the Outrigger Maurit
As part of our package we had access to the Plantation Club. The location and facilities were very good, but as we were there in the Mauritian winter, it did feel a bit deserted. The braekfast was enjoyable and a nice relaxed start to the day and the afternoon tea, whilst again very good, does need a bit of organisation. We were served the pot of tea and most of it had been drunk by the time the food was served 10+minutes later, so we asked for a refill of the tea and that then arrived once the food had been eaten.Dear Keca66,Thank you for your review and comments. I am sorry to hear we failed to deliver the right experience for afternoon tea and shall ensure we work on that matter for your next visit.Culinary Regards Guven Uyanik Executive Chef
