i've been to their place twice now and while their dishes are okay, i believe their manager, rico, could really use an attitude adjustment. in both those times me and whoever i was with felt uncomfortable any time he would approach our table. he made us feel "undeserving" of being in his "royal" presence which i can only assume came from us choosing cheaper items on the menu and with some of my company having to share plates. personally, i think we ordered a respectable amount of food to deserve being treated well, but i also think that we should be able to order whatever we god damn want without fear of being treated so poorly. he spoke with a condescending tone when he introduced the items on the menu, at one point responding with a snooty, "that's the only cappuccino we have!" when i had misheard him asking which cappuccino i wanted, prompting me to say "tony's cappuccino" twice. after getting our orders he then roughly and loudly laid down a small plate of crackers and pesto saying, "this is on the house. you dip the crackers in the pesto." as he shuffled away leaving us feeling like we should be grateful for the free food and that we couldn't possibly know how to consume chips and dip! seeing that we didn't need the bigger plates they had already set for us, he audibly had the waitresses remove them and leave the smaller ones. it was a tacky move that insulted my group and gave me secondhand embarrassment for him! i also recall him stomping his feet whenever he moved around in that quiet, almost sacred, tiny space, and kept interrupting our conversations with his booming voice to upsell us, when all we wanted to do was enjoy good food and good company- in peace. i can only imagine what traumatic events in his life made him the way he is, but they certainly have no place in managing a restaurant. he should understand that restaurant politics between servers and the customers is extremely delicate and should always be dealt with grace, especially by the caterers. to the owners reading this, please do something about rico's lack of customer service skills, or better yet, replace him with a gentler (maybe female?) manager.

A small place and a bit crowded for me, too close to other diners. Well, I guess if it works, why not? But I think, when a big group of diners come in, they get behind, it's hectic for them. The food was simple Filipino fares, we had most of their local breakfast and most of it were not hot at all; even the French toast. I hate eating cold food, when it's supposed to be hot! ...We waited for our food for quite sometime, and even for the coffee was taking a long time to served? Perhaps they are having a bad day today? The rain wasn't helping at all for sure. I might try again next time though.

Food is ok. A nice place to relax and unwind. Downside, some food and drinks are not available. Mojito, my favourite, was not available when we visited the place.
