I live near Nagold and my husband and I stopped in today for lunch on the advice of another American who lives nearby. The first thing I noticed was that they were doing a brisk business and everyone seemed happy. The second thing I noticed was that the dining room smelled great.My husband had lasagne and I had bowtie pasta with cream sauce, spinach, and salmon. The lasagne was interesting; it included peas and a boiled egg. We both enjoyed our meals. They tasted good and were fairly priced. We also each enjoyed a generous glass of wine and chilled San Pellegrino. Everything was served with a smile and genuine friendliness.We really enjoyed our meal at Provinciale and will definitely be back.

Longwy is a bar with indoor and outdoor seating adjacent to the Nagold creek, and with a view to the Hohennagold castle ruin atop a small mountain.Nice place to chill, and they serve salads, burgers and pasta too. Bit quieter than the cafes in the city center. It's within the "Kleb" recreational area, you can't miss it.

Have lived in this general area for years and have found this to be one of the best of the local cuisine restaurants. Outstanding food, friendly service, and teh views from the balcony are pure schwarwald! A great place to kick back after visiting the local burgruins. There is also a much more expensive sister restaurant in the older hotel across the street, which I have not tried, but I would imagine has similar quality.

Nothing to say, quiet and relaxing place. Menu have good choices + daily part.Fresh meal and good product are used to make the dishes.I got a diner carpaccio + pizza + water for ⬠21 Euros so more than a good deal .I recommend this place for a couple or other.

Wir waren gestern Abend dort und waten begeistert. Jeder von uns hatte toll schmeckendes Essen und es ear dazu auch noch sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Been here many times, a nice change from some other choices in the city. Food is good as well service. Family run, though my language is little in German, they are always friendly and glad to see me come back.

We were staying in the hotel; we saw that the restaurant closed at 9, so we went to eat at about quarter to. We were told in no uncertain terms that it was too late to order more than a main course. After that all was fine. We enjoyed the venison which, unusually, came as two dishes. The first was three thick, juicy steaks with all the expected accompaniments, and once we'd finished that the second was a dish of three large, tasty, venison-filled ravioli with other accompaniments. We did, in fact, then have a dessert.Breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee and cakes and the following day's dinner were also very good.

My husband and I live just a few miles from Nagold. We have dined at Osteria da Gino three times and have never been disappointed by his abundant Italian style hospitality. Not only is the food fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared; it is also served with personal style and panache. Don't go there expecting pizza. This is a place for pasta, salads, and beautifully cooked meat and fish dishes. Dessert is also a treat. Gino and his staff do not speak English, which I find rather refreshing. And while there is a menu in existence, when we've gone, he's basically just asked us how we've felt about whatever it is he has on hand. He's always friendly, funny, and welcoming and for all you get, the prices are also very reasonable. My husband and I usually pay about 60-70 euros a person for several courses and wine. We spend several hours enjoying the meal in Nagold, which is a really cute little town.I recommend Osteria da Gino's for couples and groups of friends, though I have personally witnessed Gino taking great care of his canine guests, too. I am sure he also caters to kids, though I have never seen them eating there. Highly recommended.

Wir kommen unglaublich gerne hier her in die Traube! Besitzer und Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Optisch ist das Hotel/Restaurant etwas veraltet und unscheinbar, aber die Qualität der Speisen ist dafür umso besser! Preis/Leistung ist absolut angemessen und spitze! Toll gekocht und alle Speisen machen einen frischen Eindruck und nicht, als würden sie aus der Tüte oder Dose kommen.Wir kommen wöchentlich hier her und genieÃen immer wieder aufs neue das tolle Essen!Weiter so, 5 Sterne!

Whilst traveling through Europe we stumbled upon this campsite on the way to Hohenzollern castle from Luxembourg. We were pleasantly surprised!! We had a quiet pitch with electrics next to a gorgeous stream that runs through the campsite. We were camping in October so it was quiet cold, so were even more surprised when the showers had heated flooring!! The showers were also the best I've ever had from a campsite. The views are stunning and the staff very helpful. They don't speak much English but this is common for this area.
