This was a last minute idea and what a good one it turned out to be. The Friday Brunch deal is super. Lots of choice and well prepared food. The staff efficient and friendly. We will be going back and probably stay in the hotel there.

The good thing about Kempinksi is that they have bars and restaurants to meet everyone's expectations. This just wasn't for me although I do bowling once in a while. It's possible that it's different during the daytime, but in the evening it was too noicy, mainlu due to the music tuned to loud. Yes, Kempinski really knows how to make their customers feel welcome. They have restaurants in every taste, so if you don't like one, you just head for the next one without leaving the hotel. Cafe on First was absolutely my favorite and the only one with an oriental touch. From the crowd you could see that it attracts people from outside of the hotel as well. We visited it a couple of times and really loved the atmosphere. The coffee and the cakes were really good. They do have food as well, but didn't try it out. It's a very relaxing place and if you're into shisha, thenh this is the place to have one. The smoke didn't disturbe me although I'm a non-smoker, but I felt more comfortable on the nice terrace from where we could see the night sky. The restaurant is located at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah.Wonderful modern design. Great service.All dishes are fantastically delicious and beautifully decorated.I decided to try Japanese cuisine. Sashimi above all praise. All fish are fresh. Served just like in Japan. Maki roll with soft-shell crab also worthy of every praise.Excellent wine list.I would like to separately note the wonderful fresh pastries.

Visited as was staying at the Fairmont and was very disappointed. Overpriced and all the waiter wanted to do was upsell and kept rolling his eyes when we politely declined a bottle of wine and instead wanted a glass each. Felt upset that the same wine we had in the other restaurant (can see tables from where we sat) was more expensive even though it comes from the same fridge. Ambiance was not great as very quite which was surprising in view of hotel being busy. Starters were ok crostini was quite bland. Pizza main was very tasty and no complaints. Would not recommend sadly as felt it did not warrant the money we paid.

The Al Qubtan restaurant is a very welcoming restaurant with excellent service, good food, and a wonderful terrace towards the ocean. During our stay Jesca and Shirley took real good care for us. At this point thanks to both of them once more for being so wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay! We ate here on business. It was quiet but nicely furnished. We had the antipasta to share, followed by snapper or sea bream. All was good quality and staff were attentive. The meal for 5 with 2 bottles of wine was 1350 Durham which I think is expensive. As the place was quiet it lacked atmosphere.

Wide range of food from American, Indian, European, etc.. This time was our second 10 days-Stay at Sheraton Sharjah. I really love the bircher müesli, eventho I prefer the one from last year, as the müesli had a stronger smell of mandarine. The pancake and raisins roll are delicious. The staff are really attentive. Especially Vivek. He's a really friendly guy, always greet the guest with smiles and he always served me tea with milk as soon as he saw me. Thank you Vivek & all of friendly staff at Gusti Restaurant!
