Pushkin is a historic estate originally given by Peter the Great to his wife Catherine as a rural getaway. Today, the main attraction is Tsarskoye Selo, a collection of historic palaces, churches and other buildings that make it a World Heritage Site. Highlights include the beautiful Alexander and Catherine Palaces. The town itself was founded in the early 1700s and was the home of the first railroad service in Russia, which still connects it to the capital.

Street food café with good coffee. We appreciate good fresh and healthy food. We cook the best shawarma for our guests. All the meat is cooked on the fire as thousands years go. We proud that were one of the first in Pushkin who opened cosy European style
I could say that here owners really know what is Shawarma!I taste chicken mass on the plate - it was fantastic. And mint milkshake - superb!Nice place, cheap and tasty food.. It's intersting big map with different shawarmas all over the world. Recommend!

After a stunning visit to Tsarskoye Selo State Museum Preserve and the Palace of Ekaterina, you might want to have a lunch. This is a perfect place! It is cute, cozy and not too expensive. Service is very good, fast and always with a smile. All meals are tasty and fresh, just from the kitchen. I would suggest to try classical meat dumplings. They call them in Russian "Peljmeni". From my point of view, "classical" are the best. Take two servings in one plate and with sour cream. Do not be afraid - it will be not too much. Anyway, you might try whatever you see in the menu - all is fresh and tasty. It is mostly classical Russian kitchen.Dear Valery! Thank you for your review! We were pleased you appreciated our kitchen, expecially samples of its russian part. We hope to see you again at our place during your next visit to Russia. Let us recommend you to taste some special authorial dishes.

Went to the restaurant en route to Catherines Palace. Large buildings build from wood. Lots of tables. Staff smart. Had the Borscht soup which was tasty, followed by traditional Beef Stroganoff. Very tasty and filling. Washed down with a large Baltica 7 beer. Well recommended and worthy of a visitThank you for the good emotions

"The Dream" (Mechta) - the first restaurant-bakery in Pushkin. Here is the cozy atmosphere, and the food is tasty and interesting: you can eat hearty or easily, in a simple way or try something original, take desserts & coffee. The menu - signature dishes
We walked in for a quick meal on our first night in Pushkin. While selecting, my wife asked to take away as we just arrived after a long flight. Happily obliged and walked away with a packed meal. That was great and we went to dine in the following night.Soft English music versions mostly sung by Russian singers, friendly atmosphere, well furnished, decorated and above all the staff are great.Meals are delicious with a good collection of wine and spirits accompanied by mouth watering desserts. all of these for a very reasonable price. Couldn't go pass for the rest of our stay.
