It's my favourite place for "everyday meal". They got delicious food and their prices are very reasonable. Staff is very nice and helpful. Only issue is finding free table if you didn't booked in advance, but it's something you should expect for such place anyway.

Restaurant Karczma MÅyÅska is located in a beautiful corner of the city on the Mill Island near the water
We were celebrating my husbands birthday and popped in here for dinner. Amazing food at amazing prices. I had the Chicken Breast, cream sauce with chanterelles, dumplings with spinach and salad bouquet. My husband chose Chicken de volaille with fries and salad. Delicious. It was a lovely evening and we had a table next to the river. It was just perfect.Thank you very much for your opinion and we invite you again.

Good wholesome food, don't go crazy with starters as the portions are generous. All that we tried was tasty but my personal favourite was the beef goulash. If you are feeling brave and full after you have eaten go for a sliwowica (70% alcohol) as a digestif. That will soon sort you out!

This place offers good value for money both in terms of cuisine and overall experience - waiters/waitresses, interior design, cleanliness and location. This is basically a dumpling-place.The location is spectacular, especially if you're there during summer season - try the tables on a terrace upstairs (if you enter from the riverside). My favourite dumplings are so-called "piecuchy" - it's a kind of huge dumplings with a variety of stuffings, only it's not boiled but baked in an oven. You can order 3 or 5 of these (every time I'm feeling awfully full with 3 of them and have never seen a girl who could eat 5 of these in one sitting), one sauce is for free, but I usually take 2, because I like to have lot of sauce. My husband likes standard boiled ones. With those you can also choose from a wide range of stuffing - meat, vegeterian and even sweet dumplings. The only thing which I'm not happy about are some Ukrainian waitresses. They sometimes misunderstand something you order and then when you tell them it's not what you ordered they insist it was your mistake. Fortunately, it happened only twice (out of around 20 visits to the place)and I simply left less tips for the service.Thank you very much!
