Came to this store to try the pizza take away service as our dog was not allowed into the restaurant. Friendly reception and ample parking. Pizza however was a real let down. Pizza dough tasted like cardboard and quickly heated, toppings were ok. If you enjoy pizza go elsewhere or buy a frozen one in the supermarket. Poor value for money. Do not recommend!

We stopped in here after flying our kite and a dull but windy day! Perfect place to relax with a hot chocolate. What a lovely place. There was a nice fire going and the whole feel of the place was relaxing. Would have tried the food if we had been in the area longer but would definitely recommend for a drink and relax in nice surroundings after a walk on the beach.

We booked the upstairs meeting room for a two day business meeting. Great location with private balcony directly over the beach. Good facilities, good service and good atmosphere. Food was good as well. Need to improve on toilet facilities as no towels and ill-working hand dryer.

Very friendly and efficient staff. A good mixed menu and a nice bustling atmosphere. You can chose from the more casual to the slightly smarter areas. Wine selection is good.

We visited this store several times over and could not get enough. Diverse menu with many treats, very different from many of the other local restaurants. If you can sit outside, great view onto the windmill that is still in full operation! Create your own dish from a selection of different tapas. Must try the house made "wokked" mussels! Nice selection of local beers and reasonable wine list available. Home made desserts were amazing. Try the dish with a small selection of all desserts. Service was impeccable, friendly and ready to help, kitchen chef stops by to check if you are happy. Overall a very passionate team that want to make your stay memorable. Quality of food fresh and delicious. Onsite parking available. A must try if you are in the area. Thanks for making our stay such a memorable one!

Family dinner in a very nice restaurant. Enjoyed the special winter-course dishes on a three course menu with soup (pumpkin and mushroom) meat (dear and mixed-meat stew) with great and friendly local service and good portion sizes. Only 'complains' in regards to the food: some pieces of the dear-skewer were a bit too well done and therefore tasted like old leather. Also the service was good but, as they were locals, can be to 'much'. As we are from the area we did not mind but I can imagine (when not coming from our place) you can be a little offended by the friendly ness. The desserts (we shared three with four people) were very big (cheese-cake-in-a-glass) and very tasty. We would suggest to not open the shared door to the kitchen to overcome the fumes/food-smell to overwhelm the restaurant. You could very well smell it in all your clothing etc.We would for sure recommend the place, make a reservation up front as they do not have a lot of seating. They offer plate service in one side of the place (with the bar) and restaurant courses (where we were) in the other side.

Last Sunday we went to the beach for a walk with our dog and visited this restaurant for a drink and a bite. There was a very warm welcome from the staff for the three of us. From the menu we chose the bread with aioli and garlic butter, combined with their Tapas platter. And this turned out to be a great choice: Chorizo and Gamba's croquets, Serrano Ham, manchego cheese, olives, Gamba's in garlic and some other stuff. This was combined with a Salentein reserve Chardonnay. We'll be back!

Following many reviews we visited this store for dinner twice and were not really excited. This place is popular due to its excellent location on the beach. On weekends it is packed, many tables reserved and little or no choice of outside seating. During peak hours one feels the kitchens struggles to keep up the quality. Had the impression food was prepared hours in advance and had been "sitting" a while. Choice of menu good. Great place for drinks and snacks. Service friendly and helpful. Great for a pit stop, less so for dinner.

We spontaneously stopped here when travelling by car through Netherlands. It turned out to be fantastic! I highly recommend the fish stew with thai influences. The fish was perfectly cooked and fresh. My wife had the bread+spreadings plate and the soup of the day, which was also delicious. Plenty of food. The outdoor seating is very relaxed, and the waitresses are friendly and alert. In addition you get a nice view over the water. The detour from the main road is well worth it.
