I visited this place with my boyfriend after reading all the positive reviews on TA.I have to say we were not disappointed! From the beginning (try their gin-tonic vanilla drink!!) with delicious appetisers, to the unbelievably delicious dessert: it was perfect! The atmosphere is great and the staff is ever so friendly. I couldn't fault them for anything! The main course, veal, was honestly the softest, tastiest, melt-in-your-mouth meat that I've ever eaten. The complementary wines were also very good, they matched the dishes perfectly. The concept is also great, you can choose several small dishes (4,5,6,7), choose a set menu, or eat a la carte. Prices are very decent for the quality of food and the great service you get here!!! We will definitely return, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Perfect restaurant just a few minutes outside of Centre Parcs. Menu is mainly limited to pizza or pasta, but everything we ordered was good. Most importantly for us, almost everything on the menu could be made gluten free for my coeliac child. The kids loved the food but loved the play area even more. Hours of fun were had every evening!A large choice of delicious ice creams for only 1 Euro each!We ended up coming here every evening of our 3 night stay at centre Parcs.

Whilst staying at Centre Parcs, Kempervenen, we discovered this amazing restaurant whilst out cycling. We received a warm welcome from the owner and his team, toured the very impressive new outdoor garden dining area backing onto the river and then went indoors to enjoy one of the best meals I have had during my many visits to the Netherlands. To make the visit even a bigger surprise was that when two people dine the second goes for half price. I had smoked salmon and asparagus to start with olives, home bread and garlic butter followed by beef steak and finally a trio of sweets, which was all superb. At 35 euros for the first person and half price for the second it was unbelievable value for such an amazing meal of such quality. We went a second time during our stay and again it was superb. Thanks to all the team, we will be back when we are next in that area of Holland.

The pancake house is located 5 KM outside the city centre of Valkenswaard, nearby Center Parcs 'De Kempervennen'. The restaurant has a big outdoor play area for the kids and a nice big terrace. The menu offers mainly pancakes, sweet and savory but there i
Stayed at Centerparcs but had looked for somewhere to eat outside and trip adviser had, justly as we found out, given a favourable impression.Stopped here with a big group, after a cycle locally, one afternoon. Service and food was superb and prices very reasonable. The group had a range from savoury to sweet pancakes and waffles.Re-visited again for an evening with same party and again had mix of savoury and sweet. Portions are very generous. We were a little past closing and owners had a busy day next day (due to Dutch Bank Holiday) rather than pressuring us to leave the head waiter/manager spent time telling us more about the history. This was the first place British troops stopped at , when crossing from Belgium into Holland, on their way to various confrontations. There is a war cemetery a few hundred metres away. He took the time to explain what is done still to commemorate by the local people. If you are staying at Centerparcs or staying locally anywhere else try to put this on your places to visit. I don't think you'd regret it. Thank you Rob for your kind words! Was great having you and we're looking forward to your next visit!Kind regards,MichielPannenkoekenhuis De Familie Suykerbuyck

Correcte prijs, (kind)vriendelijke bediening.

This place is obviously popular for Sunday lunch with lots of cars from both Belgium and Netherlands as it is so close to the border. It was very busy with lots of families enjoying the garden with play equipment and also dog-friendly with bowls and water available. On this occasion there was a gentleman singing to a backing track and also playing accordion. A mixture of English and traditional local songs which had lots of folks swaying and joining in. A great place for people watching! We had the mussels which were lovely although there was a lengthy wait as they were obviously busy.
