This place has just about anything you'd like to eat. Great steaks, porkchops, ribs, hamburgers, banana splits. Breakfast is good too, if you are there on Saturday be sure to ask for the chocolate sop....it's like a chocolate gravy that is to die for. Dip your biscuit in it and there is no turing back. Thanks for bringing back my childhood memories when my grandmother made this special chocolate dish..........Some nights they have a local group to come in and sing.

A friend suggested this place for lunch. This place is obviously popular with the happy locals. Very friendly staff but food was just fair to average for our small group. The prices on everything was very reasonable. The downtown seems a bit depressed but I've seen much worse. Other parts of the town are, for the most part, lovely and every person I spoke to in this beautiful town were upbeat and friendly. I'm hopeful that the friendly folks and architecture will cause new industry to take a chance. I want to return to try the other restaurants.

It's a Waffle House. The staff was friendly, the food was as expected , served promptly and with a smile. Priced reasonably. The menu did include oatmeal with fruit and nuts, which was tasty and a surprise. Love the coffee cups.
