I have been to The Sale barn many times in the 20 years in Springdale and it is home cooking at a great price. Thursday is the least crowded, but Friday has a better selection of pies. You might have to eat at the table in the back of the kitchen if the bar fills up.
Here in Springdale with bus load. Got a moment and had breakfast for dinner. Had T-Bone steak and eggs with hash browns SCS. Served up just as ordered and hot. Got there at the right time as they started filling up. Server "Shortstack" started me off with coffee but got busy soon after. So here comes cook Matt helping out with several refills of coffee. The guy had a grill full of food and still found time to assist. Great team effort here tonight. They certainly have a system here of getting food out fast.

For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
We were staying at La Quinta, which is right behind Denny's. The breakfast room at the hotel was full, so we took the short walk to Denny's and had an excellent breakfast, served by a very knowledgeable and efficient waitress. Over easy eggs, biscuits, gravy, hashbrowns and sausage were cooked perfectly. Noise level was a little high but that is to be expected in a crowded restaurant full of travelers and families with children.

We are regulars (were regulars) here at the Sunset Grill until today. Went around 11:00am. We were greeted by server within a minute or two, got our drinks, she took our order, then.... we heard and saw the guy behind the cook counter cussing and arguing with server staff and one of them crying while we are still waiting on our food. Finally around 12:00noon she brought the two kids meals to the table, followed by my wives club sandwich about 5 minutes later. She said my meal was supposed to be being plated. I waited and waited for it to come out, then around 12:20, I overheard the grouchy cook say that there was no brown gravy so it would be longer on my food, which was an open faced roast beef sandwich. At 12:30pm I finally told her to cancel my order because my family had already eaten and we are leaving. She informed the grouchy cook that I had canceled my order and said that she was sorry to him, that "I tried", (whatever that meant) as he threw has hands in the air in disgust I have always enjoyed eating here in the past but the fighting among staff and the customer being the brunt end of the problems is reason enough not to go back.

We had never noticed this little diner before on our many trips through Springdale. We were hungry and stopped. It was great! Fast friendly service and delicious food! The burger was big, juicy and smothered in fresh vegetables. The onion rings were mouth watering good! Very crisp, excellent breading and sweet onions! We will make a stop here to try other items on the menu!

Awesome Homecooking!
Come hungry when you eat here as the portions are on the large side. e.g: choosing 3 sides with your entree. Service is friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is cozy - particularly if you are seated close to the fireplace. Our group particularly liked the catfish and chicken fried chicken. Will revisit next time in this area. Easy parking outside.
