This is a clean small restaurant. Family diner feel with friendly staff. Waitress checked on us and kept drinks filled, but never bugged us. Country friend steak and eggs benedict were order and very good. Good size on both with onion hashbrowns that were also tasty. Foods was hot and all the order correct. Portions are good and priced well for quality breakfast. Would eat again for sure.

Popular "Mom & Pop" restaurant, with military décor, a place where veterans are always welcome. Food is tasty, and cooked to order, offering a large breakfast & lunch menu, with reasonable prices. Staff are friendly, and will make you feel at home. Booths & tables,and plenty of parking. Hope this helps with your first visit.

Have not dined in a Denny's for many years and todays visit reminded me why. Greeted promptly, seated quickly, very intertaining server but that is where the good sorta ended. I ordered the chicken fried steak, gravy on the side, broccoli, 4 grain rice, and vegetable beef soup. Hubby ordered their super grand slam--the main reason for the visit because that special ends tonight.My soup was thick, hearty, tasty, savory but served too much on the tepid side. The serving size was larger than expected so I shared. Both the broccoli and rice were brought to our table cold, so much so the soft butter never melted. My gravy was cold and coagulated, my steak was small, hard, cold and overdone. The flavor of the cold rice was surprisingly good and could have been a 10 had it been warm. Hubby's breakfast was also cold, one egg was overcooked, the sausage and bacon were cold and the hash browns were also. However, he said their pancakes were actually better than the ones he recently ate at IHOP. BUT SO-SO soup and better than pancakes do not a successful dining experience make and we choose not to return and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We ordered the breakfast special of two eggs, grits, home fries, bread and coffee for only $3.95. My home fries were cold, hard, tasteless, severely under cooked and terrible. His grits were cold, dry and tasteless. I had no onions on my potatoes but because they were so terrible that did not matter and I exchanged them for the less terrible grits. His eggs were over medium not over easy and my scrambled were over cooked and crispy. The biscuits were very good and so was the coffee. Not sure about a return any time soon for breakfast.
