Love the local places in this beach town! Service was a little "island time" but attentive. Food...limited menu, but MUCH BETTER than hotel or a chain...I had just the basic egg/potato/sausage breakfast". Glad I tried the biscuit (was homemade) perfect...flaky...buttery. We lingered over coffee! Will return definitely

My experience at this Denny's was a little better than most of the the people who have written reviews for this restaurant. I'm giving it a "Very Good" although I would have preferred just assigning it as Good. My experience was better than Average based on dining at similar restaurants. In my opinion, breakfast is the best meal served at any Denny's. We arrived about 8:30 AM with the dining room about 1/3 full of customers. We received great service from the friendly hostess who greeted and seated us immediately in a booth of our liking. We ordered coffee from the hostess. Our waitress brought us glasses of water, plus our coffee shortly after. We each ordered the senior 55+ Scrambled Egg and Cheddar Breakfast. My only complaint about the food was that our scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage was brought to us, but we had to wait about 5 minutes on receiving the pancakes. It would have been nice if the pancakes had been brought sooner. The food was plentiful, hot and good. Our waitress was attentive refilling coffee and water as needed. My other complaint was that the women's restroom needs to be renovated.

My wife and I went to Johnny Rockets on a whim when another restaurant was closed on Sunday afternoon. What a treat. 50's diner style with excellent burgers. The meat pattie is really moist and was cooked to perfection plus you get endless french fries. What a deal! We will be back.
