The owners make you welcome and the service is Croatian style in-between slow and stop, we had to wait a while as we think we got to the Konoba when it had been raining and they were not expecting anyone to turn up. Once we got served the pace pick up, I had Octopus salad which was okay. The octopus was nice and tender, served with potatoes rather than tomatoes that I am used to. My wife had a pasta dish and we washed it down with cold beer, there is a section of wines etc but in the afternoon heat we go for cooling beer. The view overlooks the bay of Necujam which is great after you have eaten to just sit there and watch the yachts sail by, or later on see the setting sun. The prices are not over the top, they do not serve bread automatically so you have to ask for it. Will go back again when in the area, due to the price and the view.

Great place to chill out with a few cafes, bars and restaurants, there are sun loungers to rent and even a Bar with a pool. Plus boat and canoe rental, and even a mini submarine to ride and look at all the marine life around the bay

3. Konoba Tamaris

The Konoba has a large menu of Croatian dishes and local wines at not over the top prices, plus draught beer etc. The service was quick and the waiter pleasant, the food was good quality and tasted great. They do a peka which is a slowly cooked meat of fish with veg cooked for three or four hours under hot coals, you have to book this dish well in advance (better to book it a day before, so the juices can mix together making it a meal to remember) Great place to chill out and enjoy as there is no hurry in this Konoba, just sit and relax and enjoy the food and drink plus a great view of the beach and bay.
