Larrison's Diner is a generation's long establishment, offering a friendly old fashioned atmosphere that blends diner food with a home cooked feel. When you pass by that area downtown it's hard to resist the lure of the Larrison's smell. Its nothing pretentious or fancy. It's comfort food. Burgers, fries, onion rings, etc. That being said if good comfort food is what you want, this is the spot to get it.

This is the kind of small town place where as soon as you walk in the door, you know you've found a little bit of home. The waitresses were super friendly, knew their food and very efficient. I had the country fried steak, and it reminded me of something my Mother would've made. Fresh mashed potatoes, white gravy and green beans made like you'd have at a family reunion. As if that's not enough, the whole meal was only a little over $11.00 with tax!! Tough to beat!!

We stopped here after spending the night along the interstate. They offer an extensive breakfast menu with a lot of local favorites. I had the traditional bacon & eggs while my wife enjoyed the home-made waffles. She would have only ordered one if she had known how large each one was. The décor simple and very clean. The prices were actually low given the quality of food and superior service. Easy access from the interstate or near-by hotels is just one of the reasons we would definitely dine hear again regardless of time of day.

Bullwinkles offers standard lunch and dinner diner fare with a fun atmosphere of movie trailers playing on the TV screens and superhero posters. If you're hankering for good Cincinnati chili, this is the place. My sister who lives in Ohio recommends visited with me and recommends it. I had a cheeseburger with the perfect amount of char to the meat. The service was good, too.
